Thanks to the Hercules Club for inviting our club over for a warm up training session for the Irish Championships in October!

Wrestling off tonight, I will contact everyone tomorrow to organize Thursdays squad training with the Irish team.

So the Irish Open has been moved to October, everything is sorted out for us to go and compete, it's at Trinity Collage in Ballymun. I've organized a Squad training day where we can go train in my old gym with some other top level wrestlers, it'll be a great experience to mix and match before a competition and can be a big help, This Thursday or Next Thursday so we'll speak about that today.

Tonight (friday) at 7pm guys make sure your there!

Wrestling back this Sunday after a long absence. Everybody get down, first session back is free so no excuses. Nationals coming up in September.

This Week = Wednesday and Sunday off lads, we'll be back Sunday the 4th of August. Doctor recommended 3-5 weeks :( taking longer than expected.
