Hey dudes and dudetttes! Zumba tomorrow morning in Raheny - All Saints Hall 11:30-12:30.
I have started Zumba on Thursdays 6:40pm-7:40pm in the Elbowroom, D7 - check out www.the-elbowroom.com for class details and pricing. Good idea to book in for this one as it was jammers last week!! Also have Pilates there on a Wednesday - beginners class starting tomorrow night for a 4 week intro 8:40-9:40. Level 2 is 7:40pm.
Watch this space for even more new classes starting in UCD in both Pilates & Zumba in the next couple of weeks!!

Did a Pilumba consult today (aka: Pre-natal pilates) with another instructor - was a great sharing of ideas. Hope the classes go really well for him!
