The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) encouraged physical activities such as swimming, archery, horse riding, and wrestling. He advised the Muslim community to maintain physical fitness and engage in wholesome sports, which contribute to a balanced life and enhance mental and physical well-being. However, Islam also sets boundaries for sports participation, urging modesty, fair play, and respect for others.
