📊 National Research Findings – Greece
As part of the My Career Path project, our research explored the challenges faced by young people with mild learning disabilities and ADHD in their transition from education to employment.
🟠Limited access to career guidance
Many participants reported that they had never received career guidance support, making it more difficult to navigate educational and professional pathways.
🟠Challenges during the job-search process
Organising applications, finding suitable job opportunities, and preparing for interviews were among the most common barriers identified by young people.
🟠Labour market readiness remains a concern
The vast majority of participants believe that the labour market is not yet adequately prepared to support individuals with learning disabilities and ADHD, highlighting the need for more inclusive practices and greater awareness among employers.
🟠The need for personalised support
Respondents expressed a strong preference for mentoring, individual career counselling, and flexible learning opportunities that can help them build confidence and develop their professional skills.
💡 The findings underline the importance of creating inclusive career pathways that empower every young person to reach their full potential, regardless of the challenges they may face.

One of the four creativity profiles is The Experimenter.
You test ideas instead of just thinking about them.
When something doesn't work, you adjust and try again.
You're comfortable not knowing the outcome before you start.
That's not recklessness. That's practical creativity — one of the most useful skills in any field right now.
The quiz also maps: The Structured Thinker, The Idea Generator, and The Integrator.
Each profile comes with a growth edge and a next step — not just a label.
Coming October 2026. 👀

That line is actually in the quiz instructions.
Because most goal-setting content asks how you want to show up. This quiz asks how you actually have — in the last 6 months.
Do you follow through when you're not motivated?
Do you return to the plan after missing a day?
Do you set deadlines for yourself — or just intentions?
Your answers land you in one of four profiles: The Dreamer, The Planner, The Sprinter, or The Builder.
Each one is honest. None of them is bad.

The Creativity Style quiz doesn't just tell you what you're good at.
It shows you where you get stuck.
The Structured Thinker executes well — but struggles to generate more than one solution.
The Idea Generator brainstorms fast — but rarely finishes.
The Experimenter moves quickly — but sometimes skips the analysis.
The Integrator connects and refines — but needs to take more risks.
Every profile has a strength and a next step.
Because knowing your style is only useful if you know what to do with it.

Most people hear "creativity" and think: drawing, music, art.
That's not what this quiz is about.
It's about how you think when the instructions are vague. When there's no single correct answer. When the first idea isn't enough.
Do you generate ideas easily — or do you get stuck on the first one?
Do you test things, or just think about them?
Do you connect ideas from different places — or work in one lane?
The Creativity Style quiz maps exactly that. No artistic skill required.
4 profiles. Coming October 2026. 👀

Here's the problem with most career guidance:
It starts with what's in demand. What pays. What's "safe."
And then it works backwards to you — hoping something fits.
MY ZONE flips that.
It starts with 11 zones of human interest and ability. You rate yourself honestly. Your top areas come up. Then you see what careers, skills, and real experiences connect to those areas.
It doesn't tell you what to be.
It shows you where you already lean — and what's possible from there.
Coming October 2026.

The Stage Zone isn't just for actors.
It's for anyone who feels most alive when there's an audience — a room, a camera, a group of people paying attention.
Performers. Public speakers. Hosts. Broadcasters. Content creators. People who turn ideas into presence.
If you score high in Stage, your career map includes acting, media presentation, live events, film, theatre — and any field where your ability to hold a room is the actual skill.
MY ZONE has 11 zones like this one. Each with a full career landscape, real paths, and skills you can start building now.

Most people pick a career based on what sounds smart.
We're trying something different.
Nobody's stopping you from choosing a career because it sounds impressive or because someone said it pays well.
But there's another starting point.
The MY ZONE quiz doesn't ask what you should like.
It asks what you actually rate high — right now, in this moment.
11 zones. Language. Logic. Digital. Visual. Stage. Music. People. Humanitarian. Nature. Kinesthetic. Technical.
Your Top 3 aren't your final answer.
They're your first honest one.
The career quizzes are coming soon!

When MY ZONE drops this October, here's what you'll get at the end.
Not just a score. Your Top 3 Zones — the areas where you feel most at home right now.
And for each zone:
→ A career landscape — what people in this field actually do
→ Real specializations — not "something creative", actual paths
→ Core skills to start building
→ Ways to get real experience while you're still a student
The Logic Zone leads to law, medicine, data, economics, science.
The Digital Zone leads to software, AI, cybersecurity, product.
The People Zone leads to coaching, HR, education, community leadership.
And that's just three of eleven.
Not a personality test. A map — for people who are tired of guessing.
