The The Early Career Network of The Geological Society of London (ECN) and the Mineral Deposits Studies Group (MDSG) are teaming up to offer a CPD-accredited "Introduction to Micromine" training course on 3rd - 4th October at the Geological Society of London, Burlington House, London.
Micromine is a popular industry-standard software package used by mining and mineral exploration companies. This 'Introduction to Micromine' will teach you the basics and provide an overview of key features, including data entry / importing, visual integration of different 2D and 3D data using the Vizex (Visual Explorer) interface, generating drillhole sections and producing printed output.
No prior knowledge of Micromine is required. There are 10 places available for ECN Fellows and tickets are only £25 per person (ca. 75% off the standard price for the course).
The ECN is delighted to be working with the Mineral Deposits Studies Group who are kindly subsidising this event for our members!
