Dehydrated Kale and Carrot 🥕, great to add to juices, breakfast muffins and sprinkle on salads.
Dried veg keeps it’s fibre so it’s great for digestion and gut issues, plus it’s a great way to get extra nutrients.
I find with the kale keep your dehydrator on the lowest temperature. And leave it to dehydrate overnight.
Blend and store in a airtight jar.

Tuesday is all about some nice cream
Some Mango 🥭 Nice Cream with a fruit compote.
Recipe
2 Mangos 🥭 (chopped and frozen)
1 passion fruit
1 lime juice
1 banana (chopped and Frozen)
Dash of Almond Milk
1 tablespoon of Curcumin Super Blend
Method
Place all ingredients Into a blender whizz on high.
Serve with fruit, granola etc

I found having this as one of my choices for breakfast keeps me fuller for longer, stabilises my blood 🩸sugars and added bonus keeps me regular.
Makes 2
1/2 cup Chia seeds
1 cup of nut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon of Açai super powder
1/2 teaspoon of natural sweetener
1/2 cup plant based yogurt
Fruit of choice
Method:
Place seeds, vanilla, milk, sweetener, super-powder in a bowl beat well with a whisk.
Leave for 10 mins fold in 1/4 cup of yogurt and layer up in a glass or jar, other the rest of yogurt place in fridge. Can leave overnight or eat after 30 mins.
