We’re proud to partner with Fieldhouse at THE PIG-in the Cotswolds, bringing Ground to their one-and-only spa in the heart of the Cotswolds countryside.

Set on the edge of the fields, Fieldhouse is a warm, light-filled space created for proper time out. With views across the rolling countryside, six treatment rooms, a sauna and steam room, outdoor hydrotherapy pool and garden terrace, everything about it feels connected to the landscape and the slower pace of life at THE PIG.

It’s an approach to wellbeing that feels very close to our own. A belief in keeping things simple, staying close to nature and understanding just how valuable it can be to take some time for yourself.

We’re incredibly proud to see Ground take root at Fieldhouse and to begin this partnership with THE PIG in such a special corner of the Cotswolds.

INGREDIENT SPOTLIGHT: SHEA BUTTER

There are some ingredients we return to again and again.

Shea Butter is one of them.

Rich in naturally occurring fatty acids, its nourishing, emollient texture makes it particularly suited to formulas created to soften, condition and comfort the skin.

You'll find it across GROUND in many different forms. In our Night Body Balm and BIOME Repair Cream, our Face and Cleansing Balms, right through to the gentle balms created for our children's and cancer care collections.

Different rituals, different moments of care, with one beautifully versatile plant butter at their heart.

A new room. A new routine. A desk that will see plenty of late afternoons over the months ahead.

For anyone packing for college, Awaken Room & Linen Spray is a simple addition to take with you.

Spray through your room or around your study space before sitting down to work. The uplifting blend helps create a fresh atmosphere and, over time, a familiar ritual for the moments when it's time to focus.

A little piece of home for wherever you're beginning.

Back to school brings a change of pace for the whole family.

Earlier mornings are back, uniforms are laid out again and evenings begin to find their rhythm. For little ones, getting back into familiar routines can make the transition that bit easier.

A warm bath, pyjamas on, a favourite story and a few quiet minutes together before bed. The things they know, and the moments you both come to rely on.

Not every gift needs an occasion.

Sometimes it's a thank you. Sometimes it's thinking of you. Sometimes it's simply because someone deserves a quiet moment to themselves.

Whether it's The Hug, with uplifting mornings and calming evenings, or The Sleep Ritual, created for deep rest and relaxation, each gift is thoughtfully wrapped and ready to send.

Because the smallest gestures are often the most meaningful.

Talamh is the Irish word for Earth/Ground

It's a reminder to slow down, reconnect and return to the present moment.

Blended with Lavender, Cypress, Patchouli, Frankincense and Rose, Grounding Essential Oil Blend, was created for the moments when you want to create a sense of calm at home.

Diffuse throughout your space or pause for a few mindful breaths. Sometimes, that's all it takes.

Up late watching the Perseids? Make tonight about catching up on rest.

Last night's Perseid meteor shower, peaking under a new moon, meant the best viewing conditions in a decade, and plenty of good reason to stay up.

A later bedtime can leave your usual rhythm feeling a little out of sync. A familiar evening ritual can help signal that the day is done.

Whether that's a warm bath, with Night bath Salts a few moments with your favourite body oil, a calming pillow mist or simply taking time to slow your breathing, small rituals can help ease the transition into sleep.

Because some nights are worth staying up for.

Why sleep feels different in summer.

Longer evenings, more travel, a routine that shifts through the season — the body's natural signal to wind down gets pushed later, and lighter, more broken sleep follows.

Nothing here means starting from scratch. Just reaching for the right support at the right moment.

Magnesium Spray, worked into legs or shoulders after a long day. Night Body Balm, warmed between the palms and massaged in before bed. Sleep Pillow Spray, misted over your pillow and duvet to settle a racing mind.

Three ways back to a proper night's sleep.

The Most Overlooked Ritual: Your Hands

Our hands are part of almost every ritual. They're often the last part of us to receive one.

From cleansing to applying body oils and balms, they work quietly every day, yet they're often overlooked when it comes to care.

Begin with our Hand Wash, then follow with Hand & Body Lotion to replenish moisture and leave skin delicately scented with Lavender, Lemongrass and Cedarwood.

When your hands need a little more, warm a small amount of our Recovery Hand Balm between your palms and massage it slowly into the skin.

The hands that do the ritual deserve one of their own.
