So good to be back💯 Started my time in LA spending the afternoon with the Champ and dear friend , catching up over great food like we did so many times through the years before I moved back to Iceland, and of course getting in a proper session at his gym💥
Seeing the guys again, it’s always like I never left🥹🫶 One of the rawest and coolest gyms in California, where World Champions, legends, and world records are made🔥💪 Everyone in the strength world already knows what this place is about😎👌 What an adventure this journey has been with you, Odd💯All the travel, world-class shows, competitions, and memories. Books could be written about it💪🔥
Grateful the Universe brought me, you, and together at SBD World’s Strongest Man Competition all those years ago, and eventually led me to move to Cali and become part of it all🫶💯

A tiny peak into Valgerður Guðsteinsdóttir fight for the UFC and 🔥💯 Privileged of meeting and working with Dana White and and their crew during the fight in Ireland and most of all, super proud of my athlete, the Pro Boxer Valgerður!! 💯👊🔥 3Arena roof was literally on fire during the fight with 15 thousand people in the arena and the World watching through the UFC Fight Pass💯 It was for sure an experience that is important in our growth💯 Everything around the trip to Ireland was very professional through it all💯 The UFC and 360 Boxing Promotions took really good care of everything as soon as we landed on Irish ground, until we took off to Iceland👌💪 The Future is bright💯🔥👊

With the Legend , one of the greatest boxing coach in the History, who is here with for his fight as main event on Friday, at our home these days, the UFC and hotel in Dublin, Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel🔥 Everything around this event since we arrived to Ireland has been absolutely worldclass👌👊💪 Fightnight with Valgerður Guðsteinsdóttir is within 48 hours! We are so fkn ready and grateful at the same time to be given the platform to add greatness to the Icelandic Boxing History🔥 and will have a watch party for the fight at in Iceland! 💪💯
This Friday, make sure to tune in early at UFC Fight Pass to see it if you can't attend to ! Valgerdur will be the 2nd fight in the lineup that is broadcasted🔥💯 She is ready and on fire😈🔥👊

Tiny peek from recovery session yesterday at Mjölnir MMA with 💯 We like multitasking so this is how some of our sessions look like🙂 11 days until we, and fly out to Ireland for the fight🔥 Valgerður has been absolutely incredible through the whole preperation, the ring will be in flames on fight night for sure🔥👊 UFC is hosting the fight so it will be streamed through UFC Fight Pass 20th of September 💯 LET'S GO! 👊🔥💯

The reason for is the best in the World in what he does💯 He is always open to explore new things when it comes to his sports and him as a world class athlete💪 It's no wonder he has made many World Records and has won all the titles he have💥🔥💪 He is continously expanding and evolving, 74 years old badass who has truly proved that age is just a number👌Here we are doing different methods on the MAS Board when it comes to increasing mobility and preventing injuries from happening🙏 The last years I have done sessions on Odd, whether it's on my table, in the weightroom, practicing armlifting, on the MAS board, during competition, in competition prep or during off-season, he always ask the hard questions and is open to try new things which is all designed to max his performance as an athlete💯👌 I absolutely love working with this Legend and I'm super proud of him as well💯👌💥🙌💯 What an inspiration for the world👌💪💯

Arnold Sports Festival UK was spectacular last weekend👌Here is just a tiny peak into the weekend's action🔥 It was so amazing meeting the Family of Strength again🫶 Huge congratulations to and Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson - The Mountain with their amazing performance and same to my dear friend 👊🔥 What a comeback Thor is having or Haffi like I always call him, absolutely incredible! 👊👌 And it's not even a year since he teared his pec terribly bad and just Life has really put him up to a test🙏 But here is he on the Worldclass stage again, like he never left🙌 I'm proud of you my friend, I truly look forward seeing you continuing writing in the History of Strength and more👊👌 There is a bright future for you ahead🙂

When I did a 2 hours session on the Pro Strongman The Warrior - Strongman Rongo Keene who is Australian Strongest Man and Magnus Classic Champion 2022💪👊 He traveled around 24 hours to Iceland, from Australia, to execute what very few humans in the world can do, at the 3 days competition Magnús Ver Magnússon show in Iceland, 10th to the 12th of November. A travel like that on the body is no joke, so he requested an extreme session to get ready for the show🙏 Loosen everything up and increase range of motion for the overhead presses was the mission. As you can see on the videos he totally killed it in the overhead presses💪👊 He overall did amazing and took 2nd place overall competing against incredible athletes from across the world, despite of an injury that happened during the show💪👏🙌 I see Rongo continue to compete at the World's finest level and truly writing his story into the History of Strength💪👊 I'm proud of you my Friend🙌💪👊
