When I made a decision to STOP TRYING TO FORCE MYSELF to do all the things I was 'supposed to do', and 'had to do', and gave myself permission to figure out how to freely lead myself ... was when I eventually stopped trying to create from an energy of force and dread ... and found the freedom to become SELF LED instead of 'all the online noise led'.


I went deep behind the 'what' I was doing and the 'why' I was forcing myself to do it ... and found clarity and freedom to finally become someone who takes action with so much more easssssse .. and actually 😎 ... enjoy it!!! 😜


You KNOW what to do, and you’re either not doing it, doing it in fits and bursts, or s**t keeps happening that throws you off track, time and time again …

Trying to ‘Act as if’ to step into your next level is advice that makes a lot of people feel incredibly inauthentic and ends up causing an even greater barrier of entry to their next level results.


You are told that ‘act as if’ is what’s required but you are someone whose top values include authenticity … so you enter an inner skirmish of wanting the results but also feeling like a big fat sell out. You half-arse the acting as if, call it self sabotage, beat yourself up accordinging … but in truth it's your value of authenticity that really won the day.


Subconsciously you rejected the idea from the start, it doesn't sit with you and never will. But now, the frustration mounts and sometimes even a sense of resentment. A sense of exclusion from that next level.


You will spend a lot of time, energy and probably money in trying to circum-navigate this step because you refuse to act as if, and ultimately you end up searching for yet another strategy to help you create the jump you are looking for, to be left disappointed and stuck yet again.


Here’s what you need to know. Trying to ‘Act as if’ does not work unless and until you fully and completely understand what you are really doing. Intention and attention are the personal forces that create, and the intention to ‘act as if’ must come from your most authentic self. Your inner authentic self will always reject ‘acting’ when it’s not fully understood and so it will have zero power .. damp squib, faulty firework, go nowhere.


To intentionally create an identity shift in a very genuine and powerful way requires a full understanding of what you are doing and then following 3 very distinct steps. Firstly you must acknowledge and accept your real and genuine desires - for the ‘stuff’ as well as the personal growth. Then you must focus your inner attention and allow yourself to imagine who you WILL be(not might be ‘if’ it happens) in thought, presence and action, when you are at that next level, and lastly choose with all the commitment you have got to be that woman NOW.


The power of your inner focus and intention moves through you and you become willing to take the actions that you will be taking when your goal is achieved. (Which right now are the actions that you are most likely consciously avoiding or putting off … until you are ready, or until you have more success 😉). This is the process of being defined in thought, presence and action by your future goal achieved self … It is an inner game!


Honestly, anyone who says it's all flowers and flow at this stage is not being entirely upfront! There is some effort and force required initially, the same as when you are learning anything new and uncomfortable.


So, it’s not ‘acting as if’ that is required AT ALL. It’s about getting super clear and defined about where you are going and committing deep INSIDE to being the woman who thinks and acts at that level of success.

It's about ‘ACTION-ING’ that very specific self that emerges wholly through your own creative imagination, letting go of the bs accumulated conditioning. It’s the most authentic, self-REALising adventure that you can take. It’s also the short cut. It's the ‘HOW’ of creating a quantum leap.


When you action the woman who has already achieved what you want, from within you, the outcome is inevitable! Taking action becomes so much more effortless and actually fun, ideas flow, you attract the strategy tweaks, you KNOW what to do. You already have what it takes locked up in every single cell of your being, choosing to ACTION your next level self is the key that unlocks it all. You manifest who you are being. That’s how it all works.

I’ve realised lately that I have actually opened up to becoming much more visible in the online space and so I just wanted to re-introduce myself, say hello..


I'm Fiona and for most of my adult life, I’ve started my intros with being a mum of twin girls (which I still am) and I live in Dublin with my girlies and my beautiful doggie Koby … knowing the power of our words I shall refrain from calling him the love of my life !!!


I'm an ex Psychotherapist, and also had a corporate existence once upon a long time ago working in IT!. Being a Mum to my girls was always top priority, every choice I ever made was centred around being available for their (almost) every beck and call.


When they hit the age of 15 I realised that I was a bit surplus to requirements for them, which opened up a whole new space that had never really existed for me before, ever! For my first 33 years I had lived the 'go to school, college, get a job, a husband, house, 2.4 kids’ version of life. Had honestly had no idea who I was.


So this new space in my life, coupled with an emerging awareness of who I might be … became exciting!


I packed in my psychotherapy practice and went to work in a cafe, a really really busy cafe! And worked my ass off !! Loved every minute! Was like being defibrillated back to life!!! And somewhere in the busyness of it all, I learned to connect to and trust an inner intuition. The next move was a promise to myself to go down the online rabbit hole. Deep breath in … and I jumped!


Tried so many different ventures, dropshipping, amazon store, shopify story selling s**t from china - all breadcrumb steps that eventually brought me to a place where i didn't need to search or seek anymore. I found MY thing.


My thing it turns out is a really profound understanding of the marriage of psychology and universal laws of conscious manifestation..


The last few years I’ve dedicated myself to the deeper understandings of the mind and how our mind is the centre of everything that occurs in our lives, thought, word, action, inaction, results … the whole lot begins and ends as mind. I have fallen in love with the challenges of self mastery and with teaching others how to use their innate powers and have discovered a profound gift of understanding and explaining it all in really tangible terms.


Our world is a reflection of everything that we accept and assume to be true. I used to assume I had to work ard, I used to assume I was some kind of life anomaly, destined for failure, I used to assume that I was really fu**ed up. I also used to assume that I needed to fix me.


Now I know the ‘fix me’ belief is all complete bulls**t. No one is broken, no one needs to be healed. Me included!!!
In order to change my life, to change the outcomes, I needed to change the underlying beliefs about myself that I had assumed to be true.
I’m not an action taker - assumption, change it!
I’m not successful - assumption, change it!
I don’t trust myself to show up - assumption, change it!
I’m not ‘her’ - assumption, change it.
I don’t belong … etc etc etc !!!
Change it all … on my own terms.


Can I hasten to add … it’s all a work in progress and because we are actually limitless .. it always will be a work in progress! But ALL of these inner assumptions that were crawling around in the murky waters at the back of my mind were the exact reasons why getting past a certain level of success became just sooooooo hard!!!
You can’t force yourself to behave in a way that isn't congruent with who you assume yourself to be! So no matter how many people tell you to do the 50 million trillion different things tat you ‘ave to do’ to grow .. you just won’t do them and the sad thing is that you will blame yourself and just make it all the more harder.
You manifest who you are!
All the visualisations of your dream car and all the affirmations of what a money magnet you are … just ain't going to change that!
