6 years ago today a small Canadian mutt came home from Vernon SPCA with Hannah and became her first ever dog. Ever since then Bing has brought so many hours of joy, not only to us but to countless colleagues, students and friends of ours. He’s a very special fella and we love him so much!

Three years ago we brought home a tiny foster puppy who had beaten the odds to survive parvo to give him a good (temporary) start in life.

Three years later, we’re having a pancake breakfast to celebrate his third gotcha day.

Sharing a Reactive Dog Victory today!

Last year, this Santa and Reindeer duo caused an absolute meltdown while we DROVE PAST 500metres away from it.

Today, the big guy walked right by him without noticing so (of course) we took a picture. Are we still reactive? Yes. Is this a big deal for most people? No.

But for anyone actively working through reactivity, try not to lose sight of those little wins.
