On Monday the 5th of December. We were extremely lucky to have guest speaker, Rory O’Connor, better known as , talk to us about mental health in Ireland. This event was a part of TU Dublin’s Sustainability Series.
Rory was kind enough to share his story with mental health. His story was inspiring to all that struggle with mental health issues. Rory’s story highlighted the importance of reaching out and talking to someone when you are struggling with Mental Health and how believing in yourself and showing resilience can help you overcome your struggle.
