Thanks to Sensei Mary O'Neill from Donegal School of Shotokan Karate for coming to our sports day and teaching children and staff some karate. We all thoroughly enjoyed it although I think some of us will be feeling it tomorrow!🤣

We started our crochet club today. So looking forward to making some worry worms soon.
