We don’t just “keep kids busy” — we create days packed with energy, laughter, movement and confidence-building from the moment they arrive to the moment they go home tired, happy, and full of stories to tell 💚
Our camps are designed especially for children aged 4–10 and bring together the very best of what RINKA is all about:
💚 High-energy games that get hearts pumping
💪 Fun strength activities that build strong bodies
🧠 Confidence and mindset moments that grow strong minds
No two days are ever the same.
Most importantly, RINKA Camps are a place where every child feels included, supported, and celebrated — whether they’re sporty, shy, energetic or just finding their feet 👣
Because at RINKA, it’s not about being the best.
It’s about feeling your best, moving your body, and having the most fun possible along the way.
Let the adventures begin 💚

Not every child wants to play football.
Not every child wants to compete.
Not every child feels comfortable walking into a busy sports environment.
And that’s okay.
When I started RINKA over 10 years ago, I wasn’t trying to create another sports club. I was trying to create a place where every child could feel successful in movement.
A place where fitness wasn’t about being the fastest, the strongest or the most talented.
A place where children could simply enjoy moving their bodies.
That belief still drives everything we do today.
At RINKA, our focus is helping children build:
💙 Strong Hearts
💗 Strong Bodies
💚 Strong Minds
We want children to leave our classes and camps feeling fitter, more confident and believing in themselves a little bit more than when they arrived.
That’s why our Summer Camps don’t focus on any one sport.
Instead, children enjoy a huge variety of games, challenges, fitness activities, teamwork, confidence-building exercises and movement experiences designed to help them discover that exercise can be fun.
We keep our numbers small.
We meet children where they’re at.
We encourage effort over perfection.
And we create an environment where every child feels welcome.
This summer, thousands of children across Ireland will join us to move, laugh, make friends and build confidence.
Not because they’re sporty.
Not because they’re competitive.
But because every child deserves the chance to fall in love with movement.
Summer Camps are now booking in locations across Ireland.
We’d love to welcome your child to the RINKA family.

I spend my days talking about children’s health….
Helping children build strong hearts, strong bodies and strong minds is literally my job 😅It’s what I think about every day🙏
But if I’m honest, I’m not always as good at taking my own advice 🙈
May was one of those months that was just full-on. Between exams, family events, running RINKA, the dance school and the studio, I got to June and realised I was running on empty 🪫
So this month I’m making a conscious effort to put a little bit of that energy back into my own health ✅
For me, that means getting back to basics. Better food choices. More water. Better routines. Less rushing. And making time for things that help me feel my best, like red light therapy 🚩
Red light therapy supports recovery and helps reduce inflammation, and after the last few months, I think my body could do with a little bit of both 😅
The funny thing is, we all know what we should be doing.
We tell our children to look after themselves.
We remind them to get outside.
We encourage them to move their bodies.
We tell them that their health matters.
But somewhere along the way, many of us stop giving ourselves that same care.
So maybe this is your reminder too💚
You don’t need a Monday.
You don’t need a new year.
You don’t need to lose three stone or train for a marathon.
Maybe June is simply a chance to check back in with yourself and ask:
“What is one thing I could do this month that would help me feel healthier, happier or more energised?”
Small steps still count.
And if you’re reading this feeling tired, overwhelmed or a little burnt out, you’re definitely not the only one. 💚

If you had told this young version of me where life would take her, she would never have believed you 🥹
As thousands of students begin their Leaving Cert exams today, I want to share a quote that has always stayed with me:
“Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.”🔥
Right now, it might feel as though the next two weeks or so will determine everything. The course you’ll do. The job you’ll have. The life you’ll live.
But let me tell you, life rarely works that way😂
Some people get the points they hoped for. Some don’t.
Some follow the path they planned. Some end up taking a completely different road.
And often, it’s the unexpected turns and challenges that lead to the most meaningful destinations.
When I was sitting my Leaving Cert, I couldn’t possibly have predicted the experiences, challenges, opportunities and adventures that lay ahead. The people I would meet. The lessons I would learn. The businesses I would build. The life I would create 💚
The truth is that your Leaving Cert is one chapter of your story. It is not the whole book.
Your worth is not measured in points.
Your potential is not measured in grades.
And your future is not limited to the options listed in a CAO handbook - my career choices definitely weren’t in there 🤣
There are opportunities waiting for you that don’t even exist yet.
So do your best over the next two weeks. Work hard. Give it your all.
But don’t carry the weight of believing that everything depends on these exams.
One day you’ll be so busy creating your own path that you won’t even remember half of the questions that are keeping you awake tonight.
Good luck to every student sitting the Leaving Cert.
And Trust me. Life is far bigger, stranger and more exciting than the plan you currently have in your head 😉

With the very warm weather we’re experiencing, this is something every parent should know. ☀️
Children overheat much faster than adults, and sometimes the signs can look like “just tiredness” or “bad humour” before becoming much more serious 😢
This is one of those posts that could genuinely help somebody recognise the warning signs early.
Please share it with parents, grandparents, coaches, childcare workers and anyone spending time with children this summer.
A quick share could make a huge difference 💚

This weather has us SO excited for summer camps ☀️😍
The brighter evenings, the buzz of summer coming, kids running around outdoors, making friends, playing games, laughing non-stop… honestly, it’s our favourite time of the year.
And if the sunshine this week is anything to go by, summer is coming FAST 👀
Our camps are all about:
☀️ Fun
☀️ Movement
☀️ Confidence
☀️ Friendships
☀️ Tired, happy kids at the end of the day 😂
And a little reminder… a lot of camps are already beginning to fill, so if you know your child wants to come along this summer, don’t leave it too late 🙌
PLUS — book before Saturday 31st May and you’ll be entered into our €200 voucher giveaway 🎉

This month in RINKA we loosened the rules a little.
And honestly? The kids have absolutely RUN with it. 😂 Guys it’s been brilliant 🤣
Obstacle courses became lava worlds.
Beanbags became “power crystals.”
Warm-ups turned into animal adventures.
Games changed halfway through because somebody had an even BETTER idea 💡 😂
And that’s the magic of it all. ✨
When children are given space to move, create, imagine and explore… they come alive in the most incredible ways.
Because movement should not always feel structured.
Fitness should not always feel coached.
Sometimes the best thing we can do is step back a little and let kids rediscover what their bodies can do.
This month has been loud.
Chaotic.
Creative.
Funny.
Energetic.
And FULL of imagination.
And the best part?
The kids aren’t even realising how much they’re learning while they do it🥹
They’re building:
💚 confidence
💚 coordination
💚 social skills
💚 creativity
💚 problem solving
💚 joy in movement
This is what childhood should feel like. 🌟
