First Seminar turned out to be a great success
We will have a upcoming seminar held with different clubs over the coming month to raise awareness
44% of people surveyed feel physically exhausted.
56% of people surveyed do not feel physically exhausted.
62% of people surveyed continue to train after being injured.
38% of people surveyed do not train while being injured.
92% of people surveyed take train seriously.
8% of people surveyed do not take training seriously.
24% of people surveyed perform static stretching.
15% of people surveyed perform dynamic stretching.
48% of people surveyed perform but stretches.
13% of people did neither.
On a scale of 1-10(10 bring extreme) how hard are your training sessions.
3% rated there trainings 2 out of 10.
6% rated there trainings 4 out of 10.
11% rated there trainings 5 out of 10.
6% rated there trainings 6 out of 10.
43% rated there trainings 7 out of 10.
20% rated there trainings 8 out of 10.

We found that 16% of people surveyed said. there average training session lasted for one hour.
12% of people trained for 2 hours.
47% of people trained for an hour and a half.
We found out that 10% of people surveyed felt they were over trained.
90% of people felt they were not over trained.
We conducted a survey with over 65 students throughout the school From 1st to 6th year this we found.
We found that 36% of people surveyed trained once a week.
40% of people trained twice a week.
12% of people trained three times a week.
1% of people trained four times a week.
4% of people trained over 5 times a week.
