Our Mindfulness-based Creativity for Stress-reduction course has come to an end this semester. 🎨

Hello, Róisín here … 👋
10 years ago I attended a training in London that has influenced my work ever since. I trained in Yoga Therapy for Chronic Illness, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, ME, Stress and Burn-out.
I wished to stay true to my intention of offering inclusive and accessible yoga to people who because of pain, energy levels, fatigue, sensory experiences or brain fog couldn’t easily or comfortably attend a general class.
A decade later these courses continue! It is a joy to offer and hold space for those who greatly benefit from resting into gentle practices that support and resource people without over stimulating.
Starting next week a new 5 week block commences. If you or anyone you know is experiencing stress, burnout, fatigue or long covid please feel free to get in touch.
New students receive a free one to one consultation session to ensure safety, suitability and comfort.

Our Vinyasa Flow classes are excellent for blending strengthening, joint mobility and cardio sequences. These classes are suitable for those are injury free and have a reasonable level of fitness.
Our Yoga Therapy for Stress Rediction classes are suitable for those who want to experience a gentle yoga and mindfulness fusion that reduces stress and builds a sense of safety in the body. Many who attend these classes are living with a chronic illness or chronic fatigue or are those who are overcoming illness or injury.
Our Standing Yoga for Joint Mobility classes are designed to offer a yoga flow experience to those who cannot weight bear on their hands. We let awareness and movement flow through the bodies joints in a safe manner that builds curiousty and familiarity between the
mind and the body.
New students receive a complimentary online consultation to ensure suitability and safety.
These classes can also be booked in a one-to-one capacity.
