Ymobility Project

The Ymobility project is an innovative European project aimed at developing enhanced understandings migration and mobility within the EU.

Ymobility is a Horizon 2020 funded project running from March 2015-March 2018. Specifically the objectives of the YMOBILITY project are:
• The identification of patterns and trends in migration by young people from a range of backgrounds within Europe
• Development of in-depth and nuanced understandings of the experiences of migrants in adapting to life in the destination country
•

The analysis of the impact of social, economic and cultural outcomes of migration patterns on the country of origin as well on the sending country
• The identification of the implications for policies in migration and in the wider spheres of education, the economy and housing.
