We would be crayyyyzee to not have an outdoor yoga class today! We'll be in the Quaker Meeting House cemetery again today at 10:30...that's 10 minutes away!
Hope to see some heads at Vinyasa Flow Yoga Wednesday at 10:30 AM at Dervish! Don't forget, if you bring a friend who has never attended that class then each of you pays only €5.
Gentle flow yoga is cancelled this Saturday (April 15), but it's back on the following week. Enjoy the long weekend!

Spring is in the air...and so is a new Baby Massage course!
Mondays at 2 PM, May 1-29 at the Quaker Meeting House in Cork City.
This 5 week course is an excellent way to bond with your baby (grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings, and care-takers are welcome to sign up for the course as well.) Each week you'll learn new massage strokes to build up to a full body massage sequence to do with your little one. I teach the massage strokes on my practice doll, and YOU massage your own baby. Theory and lots of parenting discussion is included, as well as welcoming, judgement-free, and relaxed peer support.
The cost of the course is €100, but please check with your health insurance to see if you're eligible for partial or full reimbursement.
