4-Week Creative Mindfulness Course for Kids 🌈

Helping little minds grow calm, confident, and creative!

Join me for a fun and gentle 4-week journey where children explore mindfulness through art, movement, story, and play. This course helps kids build important skills for emotional regulation, focus, and self-confidence — all while having lots of creative fun!

Each week, children will:
🎨 Express themselves through mindful art and craft
🧘‍♀️ Learn simple breathing and relaxation techniques
💬 Explore emotions and kindness through stories and discussion
💫 Develop tools to feel calm, brave, and connected

This course is perfect for children who are curious, creative, or might need a little extra help managing worries or big feelings in a fun, supportive environment.
