🎄 That’s a wrap for 2025 at Glanworth Music Lessons 🎸

A great end to the year with Santa hats, elf ears, and lots of music.
Fair play to all the students for the effort they put in, and thanks to the parents for the ongoing support.

We’re now closed for Christmas and back in the new year.
Merry Christmas to everyone 🎅🎶

🎉 TOP STUDENT AWARD – 2025! 🎉

From January to December, student progress was tracked objectively through completed songs and scales, with points awarded consistently throughout the year — no bias, no favourites, just the work put in.

After 12 months of effort, two students came out on top:

🥇 1st – Danny Howard
Danny finished the year with the highest score and takes home the Harley Benton Tube 15. Serious commitment and huge progress all year.

🥈 2nd – Ella Kelly
Ella secured second place with an excellent year of tracked progress, earning the Harley Benton Tube 5. Brilliant work, Ella.

Well done to everyone who took part — the overall improvement this year was massive.

Roll on 2026! 🎸🔥

🎸🎭 A big thank-you to all the younger students for bringing such great energy (and amazing costumes!) to their lessons this week.

Plenty of laughter, music, and creativity in the room — exactly how it should be.

One of our own—live on the streets of Minnesota! 🎸🇺🇸

Check out this brilliant clip of 11 year old Danny Howard jamming with his cousin on a country-rock version of "With or Without You." Not only did he hold his own in a live street gig across the Atlantic—but he even dropped in an original guitar solo he wrote himself. That’s the real deal.

Moments like this are why we teach. Seeing a student take what they’ve learned and run with it—across the ocean, on a street corner, soloing from the heart. Unreal.
