Today more than ever it's important to stand out in a way that not only gets you in front of your ideal audience but also allows you to illustrate the value you bring to the marketplace. On top of that, social proof, third-party verification and trust are some of the most valuable currencies in business. Business All-Stars celebrates your business success and entrepreneurship in a way that positions your business, your product or service as best-in-class all of which builds more trust, more authority and credibility than you could ever do on your own.

➡️ Apply here: https://aibf.ie/accreditation-registration/

Our existing All-Stars have reported more recognition, more exposure and more bottom-line return on investment results from becoming an All-Star than any other revenue-producing activity they’ve done. Our All-Star Business accreditation process not only gives you a snapshot of everything you’ve achieved so far but also gives a clear indication of what you need to do to scale your business to the next level. Becoming an All-Star also enables you to showcase (and retain) your best employees while also enabling you to attract the best talent in the marketplace. Finally, entrepreneurship can be a lonely place regardless of how big your team or business may be. Our All-Stars become a part of our growing community and TRIBE of All-Stars all of whom are forward-thinking, optimistic and open to new business opportunities and growth.

✔️ The next All-Stars accreditation programme is getting started.

Before you start planning for 2027, there are three questions worth asking.

What needs to change for your business to reach its next level?

What still depends too heavily on you?

And if you could get just ONE thing right next year, what would make the biggest difference?

They’re simple questions.

But when you’re busy running a business, they’re often the ones you don’t get enough time to think about.

On 17 December, we’re bringing Ireland’s business community together at the Aviva Stadium for the AIBF Leaders Forum & Christmas Luncheon.

A chance to step away from the day-to-day.

To think bigger.

To learn from other leaders.

And to go into 2027 with a clearer idea of what comes next.

Then join us at the Aviva on the 17th of December: https://learn.aibf.ie/christmas

20 years of experience. Gone. Just like that.

As AI continues to change how businesses operate, we need to talk about the people behind those businesses.

We're hearing more about automation, efficiency and job losses.

But what about the years of knowledge, relationships and experience that leave when someone is made redundant?

In our upcoming episode of AIBF Business Talk, AI strategist and Business All-Star Tara Elzingre raises a question every business leader should be thinking about.

Instead of replacing people with AI, should we be looking at how AI can help us reimagine their roles?

Because technology can change how we work.

But replacing 20 years of experience isn't quite so simple.

Tara's episode is live Tuesday at 6 am!

Some people have a way of making everyone around them feel valued. Our President, 𝐁𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐨𝐧, is one of those people. ❤️

Today, we're wishing a very Happy Birthday to a woman who brings so much warmth, laughter and heart to the AIBF community!

Bevin has shared many words of wisdom with us over the years, but one of our favourites has to be:

“𝑆𝑢𝑟𝑟𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑑 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑓 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝑝𝑒𝑜𝑝𝑙𝑒 𝑤ℎ𝑜 𝑤𝑎𝑛𝑡 𝑡𝑜 𝑠𝑒𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑠𝑢𝑐𝑐𝑒𝑒𝑑.”

And that's exactly the kind of community Bevin helps us build every day.

Whether she's welcoming a new All-Star, celebrating someone's success or simply making people laugh, Bevin has a wonderful way of making everyone feel like they belong.

We're incredibly lucky to have her as our President, but even luckier to know her as a friend.

Bevin, thank you for everything you bring to our AIBF family. We hope you have the most wonderful birthday, filled with all the love, laughter and happiness you give to others.

𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐁𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐁𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧! 🥳❤️

From all of us at the All-Ireland Business Foundation.

You don't build a business for the applause. But that doesn't mean you don't deserve it. 👏

And this morning, at our All-Star Forum, we had the pleasure of giving some incredible Irish businesses the recognition they've worked so hard for.

For some, it was their very first Business All-Star accreditation.

For others, it was their second, third, fifth or even sixth time being recognised.

Different businesses. Different journeys.

But behind every one of them are years of hard work, difficult decisions, early mornings and plenty of moments when giving up might have seemed easier.

That's what makes mornings like today so special.

It's a chance to step away from the day-to-day demands of running a business, look around the room and realise just how far you've come.

To our newest Business All-Stars:

Wisteria Consulting
Jane Cathcart & Associates
Ollie McPhillips Ltd - Energy Tech Services
SecureAi

Welcome to the AIBF community!

We're so excited to be part of your journey and to help share your stories.

And to our re-accredited All-Stars, congratulations on continuing to raise the bar! 👏

Seeing familiar faces return year after year, with new milestones to celebrate, is something we never take for granted.

To everyone recognised this morning, we hope you take a moment today to feel proud of what you've built.

Because while the applause might only last a few moments, the work behind it deserves to be celebrated. 💙

In 1995, 𝐄𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐡𝐲 opened the first dedicated lettings office under franchise from Sherry FitzGerald Countrywide.

Professional property management was still developing in Ireland. Eileen saw the opportunity to build a business focused on it.

More than three decades later, she leads 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐳𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐡𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, supporting landlords and tenants across Dublin.

The rental market has changed considerably in that time. Regulations have evolved. Tenant expectations have shifted. Eileen has guided the business through those changes, with experienced staff, clear processes and a steady focus on service.

That combination of early vision and long-term leadership has earned her the title of 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐥-𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

The recognition honours her contribution to residential lettings and property management, alongside the professionalism and consistent performance she brings to leading the business.

Congratulations, Eileen, and to the team supporting that work every day.

Here's a thought for your Friday morning... ☕

It's easy for business owners to get so caught up in growing their companies that their own financial future takes a back seat.

After all, when you're busy running a business, there's always something else that needs your attention.

But what does all that hard work actually mean for you personally?

It's a question worth asking, particularly after this week's Budget.

On October 21st, we're bringing business owners and leaders together with Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland for Your Economy. Your Money. What's Next?

A complimentary 90-minute briefing exploring what Budget 2027 and the wider economy mean for business owners and leaders, how to protect what you've built, and how to turn business success into personal wealth.

Because building a successful business and building personal financial security aren't necessarily the same thing.

There’s a side of running a business that people don’t talk about enough.

The loneliness of being the person expected to have the answers.

The person making the decisions.

Solving the problems.

Keeping everyone else moving forward, even when you’re not entirely sure of the next step yourself.

It’s something Donna McCullagh has seen time and again in her work with founders and business owners.

And it has shaped a simple belief:

You can build the business yourself. But that doesn’t mean you should build it alone.

For Donna, strong businesses are built when founders have the right people around them.

People who challenge their thinking, bring a different perspective and help them see what can be difficult to see from inside the business.

In our latest AIBF Times feature, Donna speaks about her own journey, the realities facing founders today, and why knowing when to seek support can be just as important as knowing when to lead.

Because sometimes the next step for a business isn’t working harder.

It’s having the right conversation.

These are practical questions for any growing business.

Founded in 2020 by Malte Rau and Fabian Terner, Pliant gives businesses more control over the answers. Teams can issue physical, virtual and single-use cards, set individual spending limits and see transaction data.

For organisations creating their own branded card programmes, Pliant also provides the infrastructure and support. They can build on its platform without developing everything from scratch.

That combination of card issuing, financial control and technology is at the heart of Pliant's first Business All-Star accreditation.

The company joins the Business All-Star TRIBE as 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐥-𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐁𝟐𝐁 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐈𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐟 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔–𝟐𝟕, recognised for the strength, innovation and scalability of its card issuing services.

Congratulations to Malte, Fabian and the entire Pliant team. Welcome to the TRIBE!

A line from Tom Parsons that has stuck with us.

“𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘢𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘣𝘪𝘨𝘨𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘢𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘶𝘢𝘭.”

It sounds simple. But when you’re leading a team, it can be one of the hardest things to get right.

People have their own ambitions. Their own pressures. Their own definition of success.

The challenge for a leader is getting everyone to see where those individual goals fit into something bigger.

That was one of the conversations that stood out from our 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬, where 𝐓𝐨𝐦 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 shared lessons from both elite sport and his role as CEO of the Gaelic Players Association.

Because great teams aren’t built by asking people to care less about their own success.

They’re built by showing people how their success can help move everyone forward.

Does everyone on your team know what you’re collectively trying to achieve?

Fuel costs. Vehicle locations. Charging needs. Behind each is someone making decisions that keep a business running.

𝐑𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐮𝐬 | 𝐃𝐂𝐈 helps bring that picture together. Its fuel cards, telematics, vehicle tracking and EV charging solutions give businesses greater visibility and control over their fleet operations.

As the industry changes, customers need technology they can use and services they can rely on.

That combination stood out to the AIBF adjudication panel, which highlighted Radius | DCI’s innovation and operational reliability.

Now recognised as 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐥-𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐥-𝐈𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔/𝟐𝟕, the company has achieved Business All-Star accreditation for 𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬.

Congratulations to the Radius | DCI team. Eight consecutive years is a milestone worth pausing for, even in a business built around movement.
