The Den Childcare The Den Childcare is a Community based Childcare facility located in Killeshin near Carlow town. We operate a Playschool and Afterschool service.

We open 50 weeks of the year.

As another orange weather warning for low temperatures has been issued for tonight and the continuing hazardous conditions, we will remain closed tomorrow Friday 10th and reopen on Monday 13th with all services back to normal.

Despite the best efforts to clear car park and footpaths… the freezing conditions still make it unsafe… as a result we will remain closed Thursday 9th and review again tomorrow

The Den will remain closed again tomorrow (Wednesday 8th).. we aim to open on Thursday as car park will hopefully be cleared…. We will update again tomorrow
