Please see attached return to school schedule. Please note all students will be back on Monday 31st August for a full day of classes!

Leaving Cert 2026 Students!

Reminder:

The link to the Candidate Self Service Portal is on www.examinations.ie

To login you will require your Examination Number and the password you created when you registered through the Portal.

Any students who did not register for the portal earlier in the year or who may forgotten their password, can either register or reset their password now as the portal has re-opened.

Make sure to do this now so as to avoided any added stress on results day!!!

On Friday the 21st

You will see your subjects, levels & grades

You won’t see your percentage breakdown or specific marks (they will be available on Tuesday the 25th of August at 12 noon).

You won’t see your CAO points (you will have to calculate them yourself).

The SEC will also provide the Leaving Certificate results directly to the Central Applications Office (CAO) so that they are processed to issue CAO Round 1 Offers on August 26th.

Important dates for the viewing and appeals process are listed below.

Leaving Cert Results Important Information
Leaving Certificate 2026 – Candidate Self-Service Portal
The Candidate Self-Service Portal (CSSP) is now open for Leaving Certificate students.
We strongly encourage all students to log in and ensure that they are registered and know their username/password well in advance of results day.
The CSSP will be used to:
✔️ Access Leaving Certificate results
✔️ View component marks
✔️ Apply to view examination scripts
✔️ View scripts online where available
✔️ Submit an appeal
✔️ Access appeal results
Students who have not yet registered will need their examination number and PPSN. Those who need to reset their password will require their examination number and the email address used when registering.
Please take a few minutes to check your access now and avoid any unnecessary difficulty on results day.

The sharpest suits and finest frocks were on show as Scoil Chonglais students celebrated the end of their secondary-school journey with a glamorous debs night in Swords.

Before making their way to the Carnegie Court Hotel, the Scoil Chonglais Class of 2026 gathered at the Baltinglass school for a special reception with their families and year head Wilma Murphy.

Huge congratulations to our past pupils Mark Jackson, Jack Kirwan and James Fleming on their fantastic Tailteann Cup Final victory yesterday! What an incredible achievement and a brilliant day for them, their families, their teammates and supporters.

We are extremely proud of all they have accomplished and the dedication, commitment and sportsmanship they continue to show both on and off the field. They are wonderful role models for our current pupils and a real inspiration to our school community.
