Eimear of Every Body Movement is holding a free Zumba dance fitness class on Saturday 29th August at 12pm at Abbey Street Performance Space, Clonmel (opposite the Friary Church) in collaboration with Clonmel Borough and District Festivals and Events. Clonmel Borough District Festivals & Events

🚨 New inclusive outdoor exercise sessions!

Move, connect, and enjoy the outdoors!

Healthy Tipperary is delighted to offer a dedicated weekly time slot for disability groups to enjoy inclusive outdoor exercise sessions at the outdoor exercise stations on the Swiss Walk in Cahir.

Led by Eimear from Every Body Movement, sessions will run every Monday from 10:30am to 11:30am, starting 17th August.

Disability services and community groups in the area are encouraged to get involved. A support staff member must attend with participants each week.

Pre booking is essential. Contact [email protected] to book your group’s place.

Healthy Tipperary, in partnership with Eimear from Every Body Movement, is delighted to offer a series of FREE Outdoor Exercise Sessions for Older Adults at the outdoor exercise equipment on The Swiss Walk, Cahir.

The six-week programme will begin on Monday, 10 August at 11.45am and is designed to help older adults improve strength, balance, mobility and confidence in a fun and supportive outdoor environment.

📅 Every Monday for 6 weeks

💚 Free of charge
