International Dance Day: Dance Workshop with Maria Nilsson Waller Maria Nilsson Waller has been invited to facilitate a 2hr workshop providing for the needs of Wicklow’s growing dance community. The workshop is intended as professional development but all members of our community with an interest to learn more about themselves are welcome to participate.

Workshop Description

This is a workshop in dance and movement leading to empowerment through Movement and improvisation. Dance artist visiting Bray for the week from USA, Jeff Wallace together with Nick Bryson lead a dance workshop reaching out to young people providing opportunities for connection and communication. The goal is to experience new and interesting ways of movement individually and as a group. The approach to dance is to find an inner source and then keep moving, exploring a variety of enjoyable starting points.
