Legitimate Bodies Dance Company was founded in October 2007 as the company in residence at the Birr Theatre and Arts Centre, in Birr, Co.Offaly. Workshop Description

This is a workshop in dance and movement leading to empowerment through Movement and improvisation. Dance artist visiting Bray for the week from USA, Jeff Wallace together with Nick Bryson lead a dance workshop reaching out to young people providing opportunities for connection and communication. The goal is to experience new and interesting ways of movement individually and as a group. The approach to dance is to find an inner source and then keep moving, exploring a variety of enjoyable starting points.
