We had a fantastic day yesterday at the Fun Run, and we’re delighted to share that a total of €2,175 was raised for Bartlemy N.S. 🎉
A huge thank you to everyone who made the day such a success. To the Stewarts for all their help, to our wonderful bakers for the fabulous home baking, and to John Kennedy for providing the chip timing we really appreciate your time and effort.
Thank you to all the participants who came out and supported the event, it was great to see such a brilliant turnout.

Today was a sad day for us as we said goodbye to our postman Tim. He has been our postman for the last 27 years. All the students sang him a song and presented him with cards they made. We wish Tim all the best on his retirement. We hope he enjoys his downtime with a few adventures along the way. We will miss you 💚

A Huge Thank you to Television Mobiles Ltd (TVM) for their continued support with the re-turn scheme. They have been collecting bottles and cans for us and their contribution has been fantastic 👏👏 Our Green school paid them a visit today to see how they were getting on and were very impressed.

A huge Thank you to Lee and Stefan from Fermoy Fire Service who came in during the week to talk to the children in 3rd and 4th Class about fire safety in the home. It was a very informative talk and an important topic to learn about. We appreciate that they took the time to visit Cork County Fire Service

Our annual 6km Fun Run is back and this year we’re celebrating our 25th anniversary 🎉
Chipped timing is €15. We’ll have a raffle for a signed Cork Jersey and a local Jersey on the day, with plenty of tea/coffee and refreshments so it should be a great event.
We’d love to see as many families and runners there as possible for a fun day out!

We are looking for your support for our local Parish Hall. It’s such an important space for our children — used for school plays, P.E. on the rainy days, Halloween discos, fun runs, First Communion partys and lots more. It’s also a big part of the wider community with the Community café and local clubs such as the Bartlemy Woolies. Now the hall needs some refurbishment work to keep it going as a key part of our school and village.
If you’re able to, any donation at all would be hugely appreciated — big or small, it all helps
