We were delighted to welcome Barry O’Sullivan to our school yesterday.
Barry is a dentist and father of Sadie in Junior Infants, Finbarr in 3rd Class & Peggy in 4th Class.

The children thoroughly enjoyed learning about the importance of good dental hygiene and healthy habits for caring for their teeth.😁 🦷

Mr Ó Duinnin’s 4th Class published their own book and received their copies last week. ‘Our Stories from the Past’ was the theme of the book. There were some beautiful stories and illustrations from our pupils!

Yesterday evening we celebrated the Graduation of our wonderful 6th Class pupils. We were delighted to mark this special occasion with a beautiful Mass celebrated by Father Myles McSweeney, followed by a Graduation ceremony. The pupils did their traditional conga around the school and shirt signing earlier in the day, and were cheered down the avenue by the whole school.

While we are sad to see them leave, we are excited for the bright future that lies ahead. We thank them for the many happy memories they have created and wish them every success and happiness as they begin this exciting new chapter. ♥️🤩✨

A huge thank you to Molly and Nora’s Dad, Jonathan & his colleague John, for taking the time to visit our school with the ambulance. The children had a wonderful opportunity to learn about the ambulance service and the role of paramedics. We are very grateful for your time and kindness. 🚑
