After eight fantastic years, there will be no Strictly Bantry event in 2026.

We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported the event over the years — our charity partners, parents, sponsors, contestants, volunteers and the many loyal supporters who made Strictly Bantry such a special part of the community calendar.

Your generosity, energy and goodwill helped raise significant funds and created some unforgettable nights.

We very much hope to bring Strictly Bantry back in 2027. If you would be interested in taking part next year as a contestant, sponsor or volunteer, please get in touch — we’d love to hear from you.

We would like to take this opportunity tonight to bid a fond farewell to Barry O’Shea who is leaving us for Canada.

Winner Dolores O’Riordan/Cranberries - Laura O’Sullivan. Laura had the audience captivated by her solo act and scoring a magnificent score of 30/30 on both nights from the judges.

2nd Place Westlife - Eoin Bowden, Alex Cronin, Dan Andrews and Ben Clancy. What a performance from these young lads receiving a full standing ovation from the audience and the perfect judges score on both nights 30/30.

What a weekend and here are the results!!

3rd Place Little Mix - Grace Hickey, Charmaine Thorp, Megan Fitzpatrick and Mikayla McCarthy. With a fantastic judges score of 29 out of 30 these 4 young ladies had everyone on the edge of their seats
