We’re really looking forward to welcoming our new First-Year students tomorrow morning as they begin an exciting new chapter at Clonfert College! 💙💚
🧩 First-Year Induction begins at 9.00 a.m. in the Mackney Sports Hall.
We know there may be a few nerves mixed in with the excitement, but our staff and student team will be ready to welcome you, help you settle in and make sure you feel at home.
Every student is an important piece of the Clonfert College jigsaw, and we can’t wait to have you with us.

💙💚 What a day for Clonfert College! 💚💙
We could not be prouder of our incredible Leaving Certificate and Leaving Certificate Applied students who received their results today. There has been such a wonderful atmosphere of celebration, excitement and emotion as we watched so many of our young people see years of hard work, determination and perseverance rewarded.
These results represent so much more than grades on a page. They reflect early mornings, late nights, challenges overcome, friendships made, support given and an enormous amount of commitment from our students, their families and our staff.
As the first Leaving Certificate results received by Clonfert College, today is also a very special milestone in the story of our new school community. What a fantastic group of young people to mark that moment.
To every student: we are so, so proud of you. Whatever your results and whatever path you choose next, you have achieved something significant and you should take enormous pride in how far you have come.
Enjoy the celebrations today — you have earned every moment of them! 🎓✨

🎓 Best of Luck to Our Leaving Certificate Students! 🎓
Tomorrow is a very special day for our Leaving Certificate Class of 2026 as they receive their results.
We wish every one of our students the very best and hope that their hard work, commitment and determination are reflected in the results they receive. Whatever the outcome, reaching this point is an achievement in itself and something to be very proud of. 💙💛
We look forward to welcoming our Leaving Cert students back to Clonfert College from 12 noon tomorrow to meet friends, catch up with staff and celebrate their fantastic achievements together.
To the Class of 2026: enjoy the moment, be proud of how far you have come, and look forward with confidence to the many opportunities ahead.

🎓 Leaving Certificate Results 2026 🎓
We would like to wish all of our former Leaving Cert students the very best as they await the release of their results on Friday, 21 August at 10:00am.
Provisional results will be available through the Candidate Self Service Portal (CSSP).

Come celebrate with us!  Clonfert College will be delighted to welcome students back to the school at 12 noon on Friday, 21 August to meet classmates and celebrate their results together, if they wish to do so.

📢 Special Class Applications – Parent Notify Form

Parents/guardians who are seeking a place for their child in a special class are requested by the National Council for Special Education (NCSE) to complete the Parent Notify Form.

Please note that the Parent Notify process is managed by the NCSE and is external to Clonfert College. Any queries regarding the form or the process should therefore be directed to the NCSE.

📅 Clonfert College will begin accepting applications for both mainstream and special class places from 1 October 2026.

Further information regarding the school’s admissions process will be available in advance of the opening date.
