Bangor Erris Sheep Fair Bangor Erris Sheep Fairs are a traditional and annual event, dating back to the 1800's. it is an early morning open fair for all to enjoy.

it is educational, entertaining and fun for all. If you have something to sell, then this is the place to be!. Bangor Erris Sheep Fairs 2024 will be held on Saturdays, 10th Aug, 7th Sept, 28th Sept, 19th Oct and 16th Nov. If you have something to sell then this is the place to be, open to all.

Bangor Erris Women's Biodiversity Group

Open Call for Local Artists (Bangor Erris and surrounding areas.

We’re turning an empty shop window in Bangor Erris into a small street gallery for Christmas and we’re looking for local artists, illustrators, photographers and designers to take part.
If you’re based in Bangor/Erris or the wider Mayo area, we’d love to include your work.
What we need:
• A3, A4 or A5 print (various orientations available)
• A photo or digital file of the artwork
• Title of the piece
• A link to your shop/portfolio (for a QR code) if you do not have a QR code one can be organized for you.
Available spaces:
• 2 × A3 portrait
• 1 × A3 landscape
• 5 × A4 portrait
• 2 × A4 landscape
• 2 × A5 portrait
Prints will be mounted inside the window. A4 is ideal for home printing, but we can help if printing is an issue.
