GETTING OUT OF MY COMFORT ZONE
Always uncomfortable in front the camera, never share too much of myself in social media even as i was started coaching.
But in times like this, we have to look out for each other and spread hope, joy, positivity, and love as much as we can. So here i go, started making personalized workout videos for my precious clients using any kinds of things at home or even our silly kids & spouse.
Stay positive and silly, loves! Always remember to dance happily with your loved ones as we are too blessed to be stressed out.
