PT Kota Cerdas Indonesia (KCI) and me have agreed on a collaboration for the future to work on the social and soft skills of the Indonesian working force in the digital sector.

KC knows that Indonesia must Reskill and Upskill more than 75% of its citizens to achieve this goal. This can always be done with others, therefore KCI works closely with companies, organizations, and associations that specialize in IT\IOT\AI or more precisely the digital transformation of Indonesia and promote smart technology and knowledge.

Together with Mr. Fanky Christian from the association APTIKNAS (ASOSIASI PENGUSAHA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI NASIONAL), they have launched a new project called ‘Talent is the new Gold’ where they will provide product training and training to improve the human performance to Up- and Re-skill the staff and technical experts of the digital sector.

To start the collaboration in June 2023 there will a training program in the office of APTIKNAS, organized by Eventcerdas Indonesia and PT Kota Cerdas Indonesia where we will give a series and classes on basic social/soft skills and knowledge to kick-off.

In this interactive session, Damy Heezen will explain simple methods which he developed based on 20 years of management experience on how to arrange your time more efficiently, discuss interactively the situations you want to share, and answer questions from you about time management as a leader.

Everyone is aiming to make cities, however the essence of successfully implementing is to ensure that the whole ecosystem is in balance and can sustain itself.
