Selasar Bahasa is an Indonesian Language course for Indonesian non-native speakers who want to learn Indonesian language and culture in a relaxed friendly environment conducive to adult language learning. Yayasan Selasar Budaya is an institution that focuses on education, publishing and local cultural research in the development of global culture. Selasar Bahasa employs proven language instruction

techniques that develop and enchance the learners’s Indonesian language ability. We concentrate on everyday communication and tailor lesson and content to the needs and environment of the learner. For clients who want to live in Indonesia while studying, Selasar Bahasa will introduce them to the local language and culture where they intend to stay. A unique characteristic of the Selasar Bahasa curriculum is the introduction of the local culture through Indonesian Language. This includes an introduction to the local dialect so that learners can adapt it to their own requirements. We provide comfortable, study-conducive locations and instructors who are more like friends than teachers who will guide and nurture students in Indonesian language and culture. At Selasar Bahasa learners will find a warm, comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
