Drinking Cincau as a Way to Boost the Immune System
Cincau is a very famous dessert in Asia. Usually consumed during hot weather as it has cooling or yin properties (Wei, 2016). Other health benefits it posesses including source of antioxidant from the high content of clorophyll (Gloria and Iswari, 2015), anti cancer (Rochima et al., 2010), and immunomodulatory. Immunomodulator is a substance that can stimulate and improve the function of immune system to restore imbalanced immune system (Widyaningsih et al., 2013)

Snap food is an online campaign aims to inspire society to take part in solving one of our pressing global problems in food waste by taking a picture and speaking up their thoughts about food waste itself through Instagram. And it's generally impacts to appreciate our food and farmers works.

Eid Mubarak everyone! We would like to challange you to celebrate it by joining Snap Food Competion with snap your "Lebaran Food". Which are:
1. Rendang,
2. Opor Ayam,
3. Ketupat.

How to join?
1. Take a picture of your food that hasn't been eaten (Rendang/Opor Ayam/Ketupat)
2. Finished your food
3. Take a picture of your finished food
4. Combine them into 2 frame in 1 photo
5. Upload it to your own Instagram

In this edition we'll talk about "Gullac: Sweet Food That Only Exist in Ramadan"

Gullac is a typical cold ramadan dessert in Turkey. Outside of the Ramadhan month, this sweet food can hardly be found because gullac pastry is not produced. Gullac pastry is a large round, round sheet made of cornstarch and flour.
