Seru banget sesi pelatihan Manajemen Risiko kemarin bersama 32 peserta tangguh dari PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (PT IKT Tbk)! 🚢
Selama 3 jam penuh, para peserta dibagi ke dalam 4 kelompok dan saling beradu strategi memajukan “negara” mereka lewat simulasi board game Manhattan Project: Energy Empire.
Suasana kompetisinya di setiap meja benar-benar hidup, penuh diskusi taktis, dan pastinya super fun! 🔥
Di balik keseruannya, ada insight berharga yang langsung dipraktikkan. Peserta belajar bahwa Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) itu ibarat “helm pelindung” yang memungkinkan perusahaan melaju cepat mencapai target dengan aman, bukan sekadar “rem” yang menghambat inovasi.
Melalui simulasi ini, setiap orang disadarkan akan perannya sebagai Risk Owner yang harus jeli menyeimbangkan ambisi pertumbuhan dengan keharusan memitigasi dampak risiko jangka panjang. 💡🎲
