While Indonesia was preparing to rest, the UK was starting its business day.
Which meant calls at night.
Revisions after midnight.
Documents reviewed when most people were asleep.

Global trade does not operate in one timezone.

Serious negotiations require alignment across countries, suppliers, logistics, and timing.

Although the transaction did not move forward, the process itself strengthened systems, sharpened coordination, and tested readiness for scale.

As we welcomed the New Year, I had the privilege of sharing a simple dinner with an extraordinary team. This moment reminded me how far we have come together.

2025 was not an easy year.
Economic challengesβ€”both in Indonesia and globallyβ€”tested resilience everywhere. The world faced uncertainties, hardships, and disasters that affected many lives. Yet, through all of this, we were able to achieve our annual targets.
