Kesempatan bagi 30 kandidat perempuan usia 18–22 tahun untuk mengikuti program kerja di ALABUGA START, Russia.

Posisi / jalur kerja:

1. Installation Works
2. Finishing Works
3. Catering
4. Production Operator
5. Logistics
6. Service & Hospitality
7. Drivers

Kriteria:

* Perempuan, nn 18–22 tahun
* Pendidikan minimal menengah / SMA sederajat
* Sehat dan tidak memiliki kontraindikasi medis

Benefit dari program:

* Tiket pesawat ke Russia ditanggung
* Akomodasi disediakan
* Kursus bahasa Rusia disediakan
* Pengurusan dokumen di Russia dibantu
* Gaji netto mulai dari USD 541 per bulan, tergantung jalur kerja

Tahapan seleksi:

1. Scan paspor internasional
2. Simulation game di website Alabuga
3. Interview pengetahuan 100 kata bahasa Rusia
