🌙 Ramadan Day 16 | Social Media

The Prophet ﷺ said: “There are two blessings that many people waste: health and free time.” (Sahih al-Bukhari 6412)

This Ramadan, protect your time and your heart. Social media can steal focus from salah, Qur’an, and dhikr. Try a social media fast or set one short daily time window.

What is your plan today: reduce, pause, or set a time limit? 🤍

🌙 Ramadan Day 13 | Protect Your Fast

Fasting is not only leaving food and drink. Guard your tongue and actions.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever does not give up false speech…” (Sahih al-Bukhari 1903).
And: “There are people who fast and get nothing… except hunger.” (Sunan Ibn Majah 1690).

🌙 Ramadan Day 15 | Protect Your Eyes

Allah says: “Tell the believing men to lower their gaze…” (Qur’an 24:30) and “Tell the believing women to lower their gaze…” (Qur’an 24:31)
And the Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever is not able (to marry), then he should fast, for it restrains desire.” (Sahih al-Bukhari 5066)

One small choice today: look away for Allah. 🤍
What is one practical step you’ll take to guard your gaze today?

🌙 Ramadan Day 10 | Heartfelt Duʿā

Allah says: “I am truly near. I respond to the call of the caller when he calls on Me.” (Qur’an 2:186)

Today, ask Allah with humility and full trust.
Duʿā: Rabbi innī limā anzalta ilayya min khayrin faqīr — “My Lord, I am truly in need of any good You send me.” (Qur’an 28:24)

🤲 What are you making duʿā for today?

🌙 Ramadan Day 9 | Conscious Dhikr

“Surely in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find comfort.” (Qur’an 13:28)
And keep this duʿā after every ṣalāh: “Allāhumma aʿinnī ʿalā dhikrika wa shukrika wa ḥusni ʿibādatik.” (Sunan Abī Dāwūd 1522)

What dhikr are you repeating most today? 🤍

Ramadan Day 8 | The Night Prayer (Qiyām/Tarāwīḥ/Tahajjud)

Night prayer is one of the greatest gifts of Ramadan. The Prophet ﷺ taught that whoever stands in prayer during Ramadan with faith and hope for reward will be forgiven for previous sins. (Sahih al-Bukhari 2008)

And if you pray with the imam until he finishes, Allah records for you the reward of a whole night of prayer. (Sunan an-Nasa’i 1605)

Allah says: “Indeed, worship in the night is more impactful and suitable for recitation.” (Qur’an 73:6)

Ramadan Day 6 | Salah

In Ramadan, one of the greatest goals is not only to fast well, but to protect and strengthen our salah.

Allah says:
“Indeed, prayer prohibits immorality and wrongdoing...”
(Qur’an 29:45)

And Allah also says:
“Seek help through patience and prayer...”
(Qur’an 2:45)

The Prophet ﷺ taught that the first deed a person will be called to account for on the Day of Resurrection is the prayer. If it is sound, the rest of the deeds follow well.
(Jami‘ al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 413; Sunan Abi Dawud, Hadith 864)
