We provide students with essential tools and skills commonly used by virtual assistants (VAs) when working with clients. These essential tools will be accompanied by beginner's guides, video tutorials, and optional exercise tasks to help students refine their skills. The essential tools introduced during the Pre-Course week include Trello, Asana, Canva, Tilda, and Google Workspace.

2. Highlighted Services for In-Depth Exploration:
