Sexy Barbados-born award-winning singer and actress, Robyn Rihanna Fenty, has made animation film history.
Rihanna whose recent hits like “Diamonds,” “Pour it Up” and “Umbrella” are chart-toppers, is now expanding her film resume, becoming the first black lead character in the upcoming 3D animated film Home.
On the heels of playing Petty Officer Cora ‘Weps’ Raikes in the critically panned Battleship in 2012 and playing herself in last year’s apocalyptic comedy This is the End with Seth Rogen, James Franco and company, the singer will star as the lead voice actress in the DreamWorks film.
She’ll be starring as Tip, a headstrong tomboy who helps a group of aliens called Boovs – who have taken over Earth — find a new home. The movie is based on the critically acclaimed book The True Meaning of Smekday by Adam Rex.
