Through every project, students are introduced to real engineering and coding concepts in a way that feels fun and hands-on.

As they build, they also learn about concepts such as gears, pulley systems, elastic force, gyro sensors, motors, and many more that help them understand how machines and technology work in real life.

What makes it exciting is seeing children immediately apply what they learn into projects they can test, improve, and proudly showcase on their own.

And sometimes, the best learning happens this way, when children are curious, experimenting, and having fun while doing it ✨

Always proud to see our students bringing their creativity and ideas to life through their projects 🚀🥳

Bring your child to our FREE 1-on-1 Trial and Consultation Session to explore the class and discover how robotics at Kodecoon can support your child’s learning journey in engineering, mechatronics, and even future university portfolio building 🤍

What if technology could help people feel more seen and supported? 🤍

That question led a group of Kodecoon students to create MindHeaven, a mobile app they developed as part of their portfolio submission for the MIT App Inventor Global Appathon, an international competition organized by Massachusetts institute of Technology that encourages students around the world to create technology with real-world impact.

MindHeaven is designed to help estimate fatigue and emotional distress through a simple 30-second facial scan. Using facial landmark detection, the app analyzes patterns such as blinking, yawning, and head movements to estimate a person’s fatigue level. The result is then connected to a supportive AI chatbot and a doctor dashboard to help provide better support for patients who may need more attention.

But beyond the technology itself, what makes this project special to us is the thought behind it.
Our students didn’t just focus on building an app. They started by thinking about people. About how technology, when used thoughtfully, can become something humane, supportive, and meaningful.

We’re incredibly proud of the MindHeaven team and the heart they poured into this project 🚀🤍

If you’d like your child to experience where technology is used not just to build, but to create meaningful impact, we’d be happy to support!

Kodecoon is moving to a new space at Plaza Setiabudi 2, Suite 303, just one floor above our current centre! 🙆‍♀️⬆️

Starting June 2026, this new space will allow us to create more room for what we love doing most: learning, building, and growing together. With more classes and activities, we’re excited for our students and teachers to continue exploring, innovating, and transforming side by side!

Setiabudi has been home to us for many years, and we’re grateful for all the moments we’ve shared here. ❤️

And we’re looking forward to creating many more! 🥳

Today, we celebrate the people behind the effort; the quiet consistency, the long days, and the care that often goes unseen.

In many ways, what we see in children often reflects the environment around them. The perseverance, the curiosity, the willingness to keep trying, these are values that are also shaped at home and through everyday examples.

So today is also a small moment to appreciate the role you play.

To all the parents, educators, and individuals who continue to show up and give their best every day, Happy Labor Day. 🤍

Something exciting is coming for our young innovators! 🌏🤖

The National Robotics Competition (NRC) 2026 – Regular Category is here, and Kodecoon Academy is inviting Indonesian students to join the competition! 🥳

This is where students get to truly challenge themselves.

In this category, students will design, build, and program an autonomous robot to complete real missions on the field. And here’s the exciting part, the field changes every round, so the robot has to think, adapt, and make decisions on its own 🦾

This year’s theme: Mission Meals 🍽

With guidance from our instructors, students will be trained and prepared step by step — from building to competition strategy 🚀

If your child is ready to take on a new challenge and experience something beyond the classroom, this is an opportunity not to miss.

This Kartini Day, we’re celebrating Teacher Azra — one of the women behind our students’ journeys at Kodecoon 🤍

From her experience coaching students for the FIRST LEGO League and training in Singapore, her journey reminds us that teaching is never just about delivering lessons. It’s about transformation.

The way she shapes and guides her students. And the way these experiences continue to transform her as an educator.

Because sometimes, growth doesn’t just happen in the classroom, it happens when you step beyond it. And for some teachers, that means learning on a global stage 🌍

If you’re a parent who wants your child to experience a global learning and exposure, we’d be happy to support you.

You can reach out to us to explore a consultation session or book a trial class 🤍

If you’re thinking about how to build a meaningful portfolio for your child, experiences like this can make a difference. 😃

The World Robot Olympiad (WRO) is one of the most recognized international robotics competitions, where students don’t just learn, but apply what they know to solve real challenges. 🦾

In the RoboMission category, students design, build, and program an autonomous robot to complete tasks that change in every round. It’s not about memorizing steps, but about learning how to think, adapt, and solve problems independently.

And these are the kinds of experiences that often stand out — not just in competitions, but also in a student’s long-term learning journey. 😃

Top-performing teams at the national level may even have the opportunity to represent Indonesia at the World Finals in Puerto Rico 🌍

📌 Theme: Robots Meet Culture
📅 21–23 August 2026 (To Be Confirmed)
📍 Surabaya

If you’re curious about how your child can be part of experiences like this, we’d be happy to share more. 😊 📩 +62 878-5818-8884

Dylan began exploring coding out of curiosity, which eventually led him to Kodecoon, where he took part in international competitions like the MIT Summer Appathon, where his team, guided by Kodecoon mentors, became a Top 5 finalist.

Experiences like this don’t just build skills; they help shape a strong portfolio that opens doors to top universities. 🏫

This is what we focus on at Kodecoon Academy. Students don’t just learn how to code — they experience growth through creating meaningful projects, through international competitions in coding and robotics, that help them learn how to shape and transform the world around them 🌎, even when they are just a young students.

Today, Dylan is heading to the University of Pennsylvania to study Artificial Intelligence.

One of the reasons Dylan chose UPenn is the freedom to explore beyond Artificial Intelligence — from business to other fields that broaden his perspective.

His journey reflects what we believe at Kodecoon: even when a student has a strong interest, real growth happens when they stay open to learning beyond one field. It’s not just about mastering one skill, but developing the curiosity and adaptability to connect ideas, explore new possibilities, and keep evolving. 🤍
