Forty high school and university students from Padang began a two-year English Access Scholarship program on October 29. Sponsored by the Regional English Language Office at the U.S. Embassy in Jakarta and managed by IIEF in collaboration with Universitas Negeri Padang, the Access program provides two-year scholarships for talented students to study English, develop leadership skills, do community service projects, and learn about the U.S.  

We thank Rector Dr. Krismadinata, Vice Rector Dr. Deski Beri, and the Universitas Negeri Padang team, for supporting the program and congratulate these exceptional students on being selected for this prestigious scholarship!

On 23 May 2024, 90 participants of head down for river clean-up in the Ciliwung river area.

Together with and Kampung Peduli Ciliwung, 90 participants not only help out the community in cleaning up the river, but also learn that small action gives big impact to the community.
