Aku ingat baik tahun 2020 IG Accountku Followernya cuma 250an.
Dengan konsisten Personal Branding secara Organic, lumayan ya perkembangannya.
I want to make it Slowly but powerful.

Yang aku pelajari di kelas Digital Marketing,
Ada beberpaa hal yang terpenting yang harus di perhatikan dalam growing social media, di antara nya adalah

1. ER ( Engagement Rate )
2. CR ( Conversion Rate )

Semakin ER nya bagus, CR nya juga bagus.

Katanya Ideal untuk ER, CR atau bahkan Average Sales kita min 10% dari Followers yang kita punya.

So make sure, our Media Social followers are our Qualified Leads that will turn into Prospect and Future Clients.

Well, so happy kalo bisa di bilang 5% dari total followersku di FB sudah menjadi Clientku baik di Write Speak Inspire, Coach Lidia - Mindset & Business Coaching, BlessTea Healthy Club atau sebelumnya di Manulife Financial .
Tinggal tingkatkan lagi menjadi 10% di tahun depan 2024.

Bagaimana dengan IG ? Masih di bawah 5%.
So anggaplah tahun depan Followers IG menjadi 2000 followers, means target besarnya adalah 200 qualified leads dan 20 clients in month.

Untuk Linked In udah lumayan lebih connection 4,700 tinggal tahun depan di optimaze dengan konsisten posting untuk bisa monetize dan get more corporate projects. Big goal nya bisa dapat 40 clients/projects.

So jangan cuma asal posting, kalo udah jadi Entrepreneur apalagi Business Owner that have big target in 2024
Jangan juga asal Focus grow followers tapi ER and CR bahkan Average Sales nya tidak sesuai.

Make sure you learn about Content Marketing and start doing Branding for yourself, your product and your business

The main purpose of doing Personal Branding is to Boosh your sales or other collaboration that will help yourself and your business grow and expand.

So bukan cuma pamer photo.
