One of the hardest lessons I've been learning is how to be fully and completely true to myself...

In every way.

And it's a lot harder than it seems...

My heart and practical reality of life can be clashing at times, not ready to face one another yet.

But being honest with myself is still the first step and key.

And you know what, I'm proud of myself for expressing my own truth.

From that - through action - clarity and calm come.

Despite the outcome.

Clarity is always better than staying in a limbo.✨🪷

Feeling so grateful to this life in every way... My heart is overflowing with love from all the beauty and learnings that unfold.

Happy-Happy New Year from Japan!🎉 I'm feeling overflown with gratitude and love as I reflect about 2025 and welcome 2026.

Last year has been one of the most challenging years of my life and yet it was one of the most transformative, soul-aligning and expanding ones.

Here are a few deeply personal highlights that I want to remember, besides coaching my incredible clients:

✨ Went through personal storms that through some of the deepest pains gave me tremendous growth, clarity and finally inner peace.

✨ Let go one of my biggest fears which allowed me to reconnect with my Higher Self, my Soul in ways I didn't know I needed or even could. I feel even more aligned about guiding lots more people towards discovering and living their purpose.

✨ Fulfilled several dreams from my vision board: met my one year old niece in Buenos Aires, became an NLP Master Coach, visited Bali, and came back to Japan to live here for several weeks!

✨ Fell back in love with my own body, released 10 kg for good (so proud!), and re-established healthier eating and training habits.

✨ Spent some amazing, soulful time with my family in Buenos Aires and enjoyed it deeply.

✨ Made peace with one of my best friends since high school after 2.5 years of silence😌🥰.

✨ Welcomed playfulness and joy with my open arms, played lots of tennis and board games and hiked with amazing people.

✨ Became friends and deepened my relationship with some incredible, soulful, life-loving humans who make my life even happier and more supported.

✨ Traveled to Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Japan and within the US - a mix of traveling with my husband, alone and with my family.

✨ Invested thousands of dollars into my personal and professional growth: business training, personal therapist, nutritionist, NLP Practitioner & Master training and certification.

I want to leave this here as a reminder to myself that even the most painful months can turn into a blessing as the day always follows the night.

Thank you, thank you, thank you 2025.

I'm feeling very happy and "next-level" as a coach as this November, I completed an amazing immersive 15-day NLP Practitioner & NLP Master Practitioner training in Bali!✨ And in October, a 4-day NLP training with another school in Chicago.

Over the past 7 years of coaching high-achieving professionals, executives, and business owners, I’ve been deeply committed to mastering tools that create real, lasting change.

Not just insights, but true transformation.

I’ve already been using some NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) tools in my Career Clarity, Life Purpose & Business Coaching as a Certified Solution-Focused Coach with Erickson Coaching International and a PCC, ICF coach.

This NLP training, however, allowed me to integrate a more advanced NLP skill set (think of it as Next-Level Mindset & Personal Transformation Coaching), enabling even deeper and faster breakthroughs for my clients.

I'm back from one of the most incredible experiences in my life and I feel like a new person!

Witnessing the power of the Iguazu Falls, the 7th Wonder of the World, have been tremendous.

It was the last day of my two-week trip to South America, and it was VERY rainy day but I'm so glad I went anyway. Yes, I got completely soaked but it was so worth it!!

I felt a massive shift from the inside out as if my whole life was reset.

These are the snapshots from the Brazil side of the falls, photos from the Argentine side are coming in the next post:)

Pictures cannot translate what it's like there. You need to live it. The beauty and the force of this place can be compared to nothing.
