Johanna Mountfort is a WFF Pro Figure athlete who has become a renowned coach on all aspects of female bodybuilding. Her passion and expertise especially lie in the area of stage presentation and posing for all female bodybuilding classes where she coaches female athletes to ensure they display their very best on stage presentation and stand out in a competitive line up using the art of accurate a

nd feminine posing. Johanna's own multiple champion titles are immense including 4 X Miss NZ Figure (2011-2014) , 2013 WFF Miss Southern Hemisphere, 2013 WFF Miss Universe and 2014 WFF Miss World. Johanna has been coaching bodybuilding athletes since 2009 and has clients that fly from all around NZ to learn stage etiquette or to fine tune their posing and presentation for regional, national and international competitions via Johanna's one on one coaching or group workshops. Johanna also specialises in personally designed bodybuilding posing routines (online or one on one) and has recently added Skype posing sessions (for the more experienced female athlete) to her services.

The ever important SHOW DAY check in photos - on the morning of the show. I’m always SO excited to see them and see what our dedicated work has created!
Here are a few from my 2025 team during our season - their concentration faces have been cropped out! But I just love seeing their physiques on that show morning and making my final fine tuning edits to them to prepare them for their moment on that stage, and ALWAYS with the intention to get them a top placing and hopefully an overall title!

What a story! She started with me at the tender age of 19. Look what she became over the last 6 years!
is the epitome of a true athlete through and through. It has been a blessing to watch her physique mature year on year to become the beautiful streamlined physique that it is now. And to add to the impressiveness, in that time, she also completed a law degree and became a qualified personal trainer. Tayla is now a valued assistant coach to myself and my teamJMbringing her wealth of experience that she has acquired during her years of competing and my coaching of her.
Tayla has multiple overall titles in Sports model and Classic Figure, 1sts in Fitness Model and now she holds a pro card in Swimsuit model.
Such a gem she is to work with in every capacity! How blessed am I!!!?!!
