You are living in a caged perception of what your life ‘should’ look like and the rules you must unconsciously follow ..

Let me expand ➡️

You have created an identity for yourself, and that identity follows the set rules that you have laid out for it.

The one’s like I have listed out in this post …

Triggered much? ... I am 👀

Because when you separate the ‘self’ from the ‘soul’ you are witness to the multitude of rules you expect of yourself.

The ways you have to be, the things you have to follow

Even just thinking about it is so draining

Yet you spend every moment of every day making yourself small and attempting to stay within the boundaries you have created for the person you ‘think’ you should be.

Maybe that’s why it’s become hard to reach the things that you desire? They don’t unconsciously fit in with the boundaries you hold for yourself

And so no matter how hard you ‘want’ the thing, it is out of the boundaries you have created

So what do you do?

🕊 You become aware.

🕊 You pay attention to the constant box and perception you try and fit yourself into.

🕊 You observe and you don’t judge

But you ask yourself, in that moment

“Am I restraining my experience to fit into a notion of who I think I need to be?”

“Or am I deciding to just be, am I able to let down the guard and open up the box?”

This truly is freedom. ✨

Freedom not only of the self, but of the mind too.

It's about trusting that you are being so divinely guided when you really tune into what you came here to do ✨

You are needed exactly as you are, and you spending your time trying to do the things you think you 'should' means we miss out on your wisdom.

When you are so trusting of your path & your power, your connection to the Universe feels so effortless.

When you know who you are on a deep level and you understand how you work uniquely.

When you lead with your body and energetics, NOT your mind.

When the external World doesn't get in the way of your trust, no matter what, you just know.

These are just some of the examples of what it feels like to be in alignement with your Soul & with your Human Design.

When you are following a life of the 'shoulds' then this your conditioning.

Conditioning can come from all different sources, but mostly upbringing & society.

And these all have a huge role in the beliefs you carry around with you today.

So I have a question for you ...

Does what you're doing truly feel good?
Are you really light up in your day to day life?

Because this gets to be the case. ✨

You get to feel so whole & content, just being you. The way you want to be.

We live in a World of polarity, there is light & shade of everything 🕊

I even don’t agree with the word ‘failure’ being real, but I’m going to expand on that anyway …

I coach beautiful souls and share empowering readings with people, telling them their 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻.

And I truly felt I was living mine.

To do only what feels a 100% yes ✨

To say no to anything less than that.

But this past few weeks I’ve felt frustrated & a little ‘off’ (𝘧𝘶𝘯𝘯𝘺 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘮𝘺 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮𝘦, 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘐’𝘮 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘺 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯, 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘐 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘯’𝘵 𝘴𝘦𝘦)

I decided to step back a little & follow my design further by ‘waiting to respond.’

And omg did the mirror turn 🪞

I have been doing things in my business (𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯) but because that’s what I thought I “should” be doing

I was focusing on it looking like “the way a coaching business should look”

Rather than, “what do I actually want to do, and what lights me up” 👀

And it literally hit me, I am not following my design in my business …

I’m trying to make it fit into a box and make sense of it (𝘢 𝘣𝘪𝘨 𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘳 𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘤, 𝘪𝘵’𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘺, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺)

So my initial thought to me changing things up was “What if I’m failing?” “What if I’m getting it wrong?”

But then it dawned on it … “I’m getting INTO 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.” “I’m doing what’s right for me” 🔥

So that’s what this is about

“Failure” is literally a redirection to your 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, because without 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, you’re walking down the wrong path.

So please use this lesson for yourself, if it doesn’t feel good for you, it’s not meant for you and saying no to that is only going to bring you closer to 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳. ♥️
