Even just thinking about it is so draining

Yet you spend every moment of every day making yourself small and attempting to stay within the boundaries you have created for the person you ‘think’ you should be.

Maybe that’s why it’s become hard to reach the things that you desire? They don’t unconsciously fit in with the boundaries you hold for yourself

And so no matter how hard you ‘want’ the thing, it is out of the boundaries you have created

So what do you do?

🕊 You become aware.

🕊 You pay attention to the constant box and perception you try and fit yourself into.

🕊 You observe and you don’t judge

But you ask yourself, in that moment

“Am I restraining my experience to fit into a notion of who I think I need to be?”

“Or am I deciding to just be, am I able to let down the guard and open up the box?”

This truly is freedom. ✨

Freedom not only of the self, but of the mind too.

And I truly felt I was living mine.

To do only what feels a 100% yes ✨

To say no to anything less than that.

But this past few weeks I’ve felt frustrated & a little ‘off’ (𝘧𝘶𝘯𝘯𝘺 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘮𝘺 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮𝘦, 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘐’𝘮 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘺 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯, 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘐 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘯’𝘵 𝘴𝘦𝘦)

I decided to step back a little & follow my design further by ‘waiting to respond.’

And omg did the mirror turn 🪞

I have been doing things in my business (𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯) but because that’s what I thought I “should” be doing

I was focusing on it looking like “the way a coaching business should look”

Rather than, “what do I actually want to do, and what lights me up” 👀

And it literally hit me, I am not following my design in my business …

I’m trying to make it fit into a box and make sense of it (𝘢 𝘣𝘪𝘨 𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘳 𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘤, 𝘪𝘵’𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘺, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺)

So my initial thought to me changing things up was “What if I’m failing?” “What if I’m getting it wrong?”

But then it dawned on it … “I’m getting INTO 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.” “I’m doing what’s right for me” 🔥

So that’s what this is about

“Failure” is literally a redirection to your 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, because without 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, you’re walking down the wrong path.

So please use this lesson for yourself, if it doesn’t feel good for you, it’s not meant for you and saying no to that is only going to bring you closer to 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳. ♥️

To me, Manifestation isn't just 'getting the things you want'⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It's so much deeper than that. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It's uncovering the shadow and being willing to give it love and acceptance.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
