...stay at home but still do practice and physic exercise...
..Always do BowTraining and Jogging before do practice and exercise...
..do a SET of exercise...
..PUSH UP - JUMPING TS - SIDE PLANK - JUMPING TS - FULL PLANK - JUMPING TS...
..take a rest for 1 minutes after do the SET...and repeat this SET minimum 3 times...
..you can do this exercise 3 days/week...
..if you do this today, you can rest tomorrow and you can do this at the next day...😊
..keep practice...keep exercise...keep healthy and for now...keep stay at home...👍

Congratulations kids...
2nd time in row...got Gold Medals for U-12 Boy Category...
..amazing preparation...
..2 National Archery Competition...NFBS Pro Championship and BSAO 2020...
..they all got 3 Gold Medals, 1 Silver Medal and 3 Bronze Medals...
..we proud of you all...
