• Understanding owner’s plan and needs.
• Site survey & feasibility study.
• Propose design and engineering drawing for

approval by owner and other authority
• Organizing work and subcontractor management.
• Scheduling material delivery.
• Supervise work in all stages to make sure that we produce quality construction work with acceptable standard and proceeding according to schedule.
• Final testing and commissioning.
