My name is Daniel Cirilli and I am the creator of Functional Breathing Method and Yoga Donna Ambassador. For the past 14 years, I have trained people and international athletes around the world with the FB method that I created. Previously stressed, anxious, depressed with obsessive thoughts, I am now cited as a successful trainer and coach. It all started with a trip to India and Southeast Asia,

where I chose to abandon my previous life and use the ancient practices learned during these exploration trips to help myself first and then all those who have desired and now desire to rely on me. Through the body and breath, I have helped many people overcome difficult situations and manage important events in their personal or professional lives. Over the years and subsequent studies abroad on pranayama and breathing, I have understood that not all techniques are suitable for everything and everyone. That's why I created the FB method, customizing it for each person and specific needs. What I do with the people who rely on me is to establish a real shared path, a reciprocal and stimulating relationship of trust towards a lasting transformation through breath and awareness of their own body.

Mi chiamo Daniel Cirilli creatore del Metodo Respirazione Funzionale e Ambasciatore di Yoga Donna. Negli ultimi 14 anni ho allenato persone ed atleti internazionali in tutto il mondo con il metodo RF che ho creato. Ex stressato, ansioso, depresso con pensieri ossessivi, ora vengo citato come formatore e coach di successo. Il tutto è cominciato a seguito di un viaggio in India e nel SudEst asiatico, dove ho scelto di abbandonare la mia precedente vita e di utilizzare le antiche pratiche apprese durante questi viaggi di esplorazione per aiutare in primis me stesso e poi tutti coloro che hanno desiderato e ora desiderano affidarsi a me. Attraverso il corpo ed il respiro ho aiutato molte persone a superare situazioni difficili ed a gestire eventi importanti della loro vita personale o professionale. Nel corso degli anni e degli studi successivi all’estero sul pranayama e sulla respirazione, ho capito che non tutte le tecniche vanno bene per tutto e per tutti. Per questo ho creato il metodo RF personalizzandolo per ciascuna persona e specifica esigenza. Quello che faccio con le persone che si affidano a me è instaurare un vero e proprio cammino comune, un reciproco e stimolante rapporto di fiducia verso una trasformazione duratura attraverso il respiro e la consapevolezza del proprio corpo.
