(VII) Treatment of One =Sided Case:-
According to Homoeopathy, 'One-Sided'Disease means the presence of symptoms either mental(physic ) or physical( somatic) level. Mole ,warts, congenital deformity, birthmark, prominent occipital protuberance, six finger, imperforated h***n, Phimosis, paraphimosis, congenital fistula, agenesis of o***y, kidney , of any bones, syndactyly , hallux Vul, restless during study, unnecessary over carefulness/suspiciousness etc also the sigh of one sides diseases ,where the patient is normal on other respect. But, if we examine carefully, studied the family, pregnancy, birth, past, etc histories, we may get many other indications of miasmatic involvements.
Hahnemann, in his time, mentioned the process of selection of medicine, the indication of miasmas’, which now became more developed. Here I would like to present some of these now:-
1) Any extra physical, mental growth is the symptoms of latent sycosis like warts, moles, hallux v., syndactyly, unseparated ear lobules, big teeth, suspiciousness, etc.
2) Any degenerative symptoms like congenital fistula, agenesis of any type, bifurcated / short uvula, the short opening of eyes, mouth, stunted growth, ecto/endomorphic baby, alopecia at childhood, cleft palate, bone growth, prominent occipital protuberance, dullness of mind etc are the symptoms of latent syphilis/ syphilitic miasma..
3) Any long-lasting problems like loose stool, anorexia, prolonged functional disturbances, redness of orifices are considered as psora.
4) If we analyze these symptoms according to family, past and other histories as we discussed previously we may select a medicine. We do believe that this type of selection is very essential for the person carrying the stigma of latent miasms. Because after a prolonged constitutional anti-miasmatic treatment, the internal dyscrasia patient possesses, must be cured off by means of satisfaction of susceptibility. Thus the chance of development of following symptoms in advanced life would become less, or may not be so violently manifesting, or violence may be less,; and the chance of extension of the genetic dyscrasia to the next generation would be less or minimized. It is one of the great benefits offers Homoeopathy to human generations.
5) So many patients are coming with some long-lasting yet painless problems like deformity of joints as originated from trauma, hernia, constipation which is not so problem’s but wanted to be cured of. We have to treat such cases with the same formula. if possible we have to identify the exciting causes of the disease. Then according to the signal, select the medicine at the begging or start the treatment by an intermediate ( Perth, Diph, Morb, Malan, etc ).
6) Mental cases:-
a) Acute Violent cases – If the patient comes with violent mental symptoms like rage, braking, using shameless languages or show any such attitude, suicidal tendency h/o hanging just before, weeping, laughing et. First isolation with a propped guard is necessary and then select the medicine according to the most prominent abnormality or exciting cause. At the positive time according to then present symptoms we should select the next medicine. It would be better to isolate the case in an asylum then threat the case with the supports of family members. I had cured many violent babies had breaking tendencies by Stram, Tub B, complete abnormal after the disappointment of love by Ignatia, hopeless student by Sili, etc. I must be remembered that after the recovery, the patient must have to be treated by previous/ related / anti-psoric / miasmatic medicine to prevent the recurrence.
b) If the patient has the same chronic tendency, h/o relapsing of violence, the patient has to be treated with such medicines has the symptoms of both mental and physical planes. At the same time, we must look at the possibilities of thyroid dysfunction. We know that due to the dysfunction of thyroid, so many mental abnormalities also developed. During the treatment of the same, advice about yoga and food is very effective.
c) In case of stagnated condition as long-lasting GIT problems, a tendency to catch a cold, non-specific rheumatism, constitutional plus philanthropic prescription is helpful.

Treatment of the FEVER / Suspected covit19 (2020) post Corona problems/ pulsa 10.05.2020..

I have no experiences to treat covit19 patients. But where we are living, is declair as danger jone while a few numbers of patients died by covit19.
I have no recorded data but from my general patients, 15 + number's of patients came with mild to high fever.
I prescribed Crotalus hor in 13+ patients. Pyrogen 2-3 number cases. One Crotalus patient required Pyrogen later.
Crotalus hor 200 10 doses in dilute and repeated stroke two hour intervals .prescribed where it had bradycardia, after downing if temp below 98 °F Syphilinum 200 /4 doses prescribed.
Pyrogen 1000, applied same as Crotalus and Psorinum 200/4 doses applied .
Every patients were recovered from diseases and panic as I known.
Pyrogen and Crotalus has many other symptoms, here I am not mentioned everything's. But as I experienced both the medicines are very effective to neutralize the conditions like septicemia. And the second ones wete applied to check the recurrence of the disease as well as to eradicated the disease from its chronicity / miasmatic base.
I am a govt registared homoeopathic preactitioner. But as I am living with most Poor's, money and security arrangements is all most nothing's, so I could not applied my knowledge s properly

As patients recover from Covid-19, there are multiple issues they suffer. The commonest ones persisting even after two weeks of testing negative are:

About selection of pulsatilla in fever
Thirstless ness of fever is an uncommon general symptoms first gread valuable one
According to Kent dry togue thirstless present in Gelsemium, nat Mur, Puls capsicum.here the patient is hot both nat Mur and Puls has this symptoms. More over pt is mild type.
Fear of spider / animal / insects is present in China, causti, Hyos, stramo, tub, bell/ calc/ hep sul. But a lot of other medicines have this symptoms as Apis . In chronic conditions Arsenic often thirstless. All symptoms of Arsenic present in PYROGENIUM. Pyrogen sweats witjout relief like merc hep sul.Pyro restless tachycardia. I have developed a fixed udea that if I found any case of bradycardia I first apply Crot hor. Crot hor directly on neutralizing the condition helps to increases pulse rate. With the rising of pulse rate immune system started to be ACTIVATED and disease cured within twenty four hours.
Here another important matter I noted that pulsa is acute if Kali Sulph and SILICEA, so according to your presentation is is perfect selected
