Erről Arról is írunk a Munkavállalói Lojalitás 2026 körképünkben: https://bit.ly/4uK9Ecf

Most companies collect exit interviews. Few actually use them. The data is right there, why people left, what competitors offered, where things went wrong months earlier. It's not an expensive tool. Someone just needs to read it and act on it. The good news: you don't have to wait for the exit interview. Our Hungarian Employee Loyalty 2026 paper covers this and more. Link in the first comment.

In aviation, unclear communication isn't a soft skill problem.
It's a safety issue. A compliance issue. A regulatory issue.
Here's what language training looks like when the stakes are that high. 👇

Milyen képzés építi a lojalitást?
✔ Idegennyelvi képzés → magabiztosabb kommunikáció, kevesebb félreértés
✔ Kommunikációs fejlesztés → jobb csapatdinamika, nyitottabb kultúra
✔ Vezetőfejlesztés → a jó vezető maga is megtartó erő
✔ Pénzügyi képzés → nagyobb felelősségvállalás, jobb döntések
Az AI oktatás most mindent visz, figyelmet, büdzsét, lelkesedést. De egy dolog biztosan nem változott. Ha a csapat nem tud kommunikálni, együttműködni vagy konfliktust kezelni, a legjobb automatizáció sem fogja összetartani az embereket.

41% of employees would leave a job that offers no growth opportunities (Randstad Workmonitor 2025) — which means corporate training isn't a perk, it's a retention strategy.
Yet most companies treat it as budget-dependent. When funds are tight, training is the first to go.
What actually builds loyalty? Language training, communication skills, leadership development, and financial literacy — the human skills no automation can replace.
AI learning is getting all the attention right now. But if your team can't communicate, collaborate, or handle conflict, the best technology won't hold them together.

The best companies don't just try to retain people but they work on making people want to stay. That's not the same thing.
One is reactive. The other is built — through listening to their development needs, investing in their skills, and giving them room to grow in a world where AI is changing what every job looks like.
Flexibility, training, and genuine development aren't perks. They're what loyalty is made of.
Our recent Hungarian white paper "Munkavállalói Lojalitás 2026" breaks down what Hungarian companies need to know and do to get there.

The loyalty problem is bigger than most HR teams realize.
For the first time ever, work-life balance has overtaken salary as the #1 priority for employees — 83% vs. 82% globally. (Randstad Workmonitor 2025).
Yet many companies are still designing retention strategies around pay alone.
If your current approach isn't addressing what employees actually care about — flexibility, development, recognition — you're playing a losing game.
Our Hungarian white paper, Munkavállalói Lojalitás 2026, breaks down the data and gives L&D teams insight to close the gap.

Loyalty doesn't build itself. And a pay rise won't fix it.
People stay where they feel valued, where they grow, and where their work means something. Training does more for that than any benefit package because it builds commitment.
Especially now, when AI is rewriting the rules of work and soft skills — communication, adaptability, leadership — are worth more than ever.
That's why we've created our latest white paper — Munkavállalói Lojalitás 2026 — entirely in Hungarian, packed with data from Hays Hungary, Randstad Workmonitor, KSH, and Gallup.

At a quantitative asset management firm with talent across 27 global offices, employees are learning 7 different languages with us.
English. Mandarin. Hungarian. Spanish. Armenian. German. Arabic.
Nearly 100 people.
English is the working language, so in most cases, these aren't job-essential skills. They're something else. The language of the neighbourhood. The country they moved to. The life they're building outside the office. The interest in different cultures.
Language training here isn't a development plan checkbox. It's a benefit. A signal: "We care about how you live here, not just how you perform here."
At a global technology leader in electrification and automation, the picture looks different — English alongside Spanish, German, Polish, Italian.
Smaller group, different profile but the same logic. The company invests, the employee takes it home.
Language training doesn't just give people words — it helps them feel at home. In their job, in their country, in their own life.
So from an perspective consider offering language training can be
>> an employee benefit
>> an employer branding tool
>> an employee loyalty booster
Never underestimate the power of offering corporate language training.
